Good Place To Stay

This property suited our needs just fine. The place was clean and had the bedrooms we needed. We were disappointed that the pool was so cold (and note that the hot tub is not included as an amenity, so you are not allowed to heat it). The main shower is beautiful, but some of the details of the property needed re-painting or general maintenance. The pergola has some rotting boards. Communications with the owners went well. I was nervous about check-in, given that previous reviews said they had trouble, but the owners sent the code to me the morning of our check-in, and we had no problems. There was one day when we had trouble getting into the home, and the owner was very fast in calling me to help resolve the issue. We very much appreciated how rapidly she helped us. It would be great if this place had mirrors in each bedroom, to help with morning make-up and hair drying, since there are only two bathrooms. It also needs hand towels and dishtowels. Overall, however, our large group felt safe in the home, we slept well, and the place suited our needs just fine.

Good stay

Really loved this place. We came with 11 people to do a little hangout and jumping in the pool, the house was very clean and neat. The only thing I would consider is the host needs to communicate more.

Los cuartos muy bonitos , restaurantes cercas y tiendas , solo una cosa no me gustó que no cambiaron una cobija y olía a orines , pero lo demás estubo excelente y si volvería a rentarla . disfrutamos mucho la alberca.

Not clean

We arrived to a sink full of filthy water and a house that smelled putrid. We were told not to use the sink that wasn't draining. We had to open the doors because the smell was so bad. We finally had to unclog it and clean it ourselves. We also noticed the showers and faucets had not been cleaned up from the built up soak scum and the pink mildew, hairs stuck on the walls. The handle on the slider almost fell off and we had to fix that too. The pool does not have a heater so it was freezing cold. The grassy wall decorations are also falling off the wall and look pretty crappy. We were disappointed with the rental, and the owner has still not responded to our concerns. This would've been great but needs much TLC.

Do not trust this listing.

Host did not provide us with instructions on how to enter the house. I tried contacting them several time and made several calls and go no response. I had to file a claim with VRBO in order to get a refund. Complete waste of time. DO NOT TRUST THIS LISTING.

Great Location, Minimal Amenities

The property has limited amenities, including limited silverware, cups, plates, no blender, and many outdated things. The couch in the living room seems to be falling apart. Our group wanted to love this home, but it has been one of the least accommodating for a large group of 10-12 individuals. The access code is not shared immediately, and the Wifi Password is also unavailable immediately. Our host was responsive, but they need to invest more TLC in this home.

Great stay with friends and little ones

Overall we had a great stay and really enjoyed the pool during a hot weekend. A few suggestions: better pots and pans. Everything stuck so bad and took forever to scrub. It would have been nice for the decorations like the green wall to have better attention to detail too. There were gaps between the squares and didn't look good in person. We were excited to use that for a photo backdrop, but we didn't do that once we saw it.
