It is time to feel the sand between your toes at Sand Shack! Corner lot with DIRECT beach access. Walking distance to beach and dining. No need for paid parking with the town!!!

Relax in this spacious downstairs, newly updated duplex with a huge living, kitchen and dining room area. Both bedrooms have sliding glass door access to a large sunroom with ocean views. Updates include NEW HVAC, BRAND NEW EPOXY FLOORS- one of kind design- you have to see it to believe it, freshly painted walls, new water heaters, new plumbing, updated furnishings, D/W, W/D, private enclosed outside shower, 2 car parking and more. Bed Linens included, towels NOT included.. No Smoking.
The octagonal deck is ONLY accessible from WAVE WONDER or if you rent the full house WAVE SHACK. It is not accessible through a Sand Shack only rental.

A beach house

We loved this lower apartment for just the two of us to have a little getaway. The location is perfect. The beach access is right out the door. We found it not to be as crowded as other accesses. Everything was just a mile or two away. Even the Dollar General because we forget the towels. The house was clean. We felt safe and private even with other guest above .

Anniversary Getaway

We had a great time at this property. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach and near the pier. We had a fabulous time!

Nice place to stay

The house was nice! It was very convenient to reach the beach. The only complaint is the people above were loud. However, this is not something that the owner could control. The overall stay was really nice!
