Excellent beach Getaway!

We had an awesome vacation at this property! Everything was smooth from the communication, property location, and we loved the beach wagon with chairs, umbrellas and toys. It was a perfect stay from start to finish, and there were a couple of days we didn't even leave the resort! We will be back and highly recommend this condo!

Comfortable condo

Nice condo. Clean and comfortable. The complex is spread out so plan on a lot of walking. Melanie is super helpful. Always available when needed. Personally for my needs the unit could use a recliner other than that it was good.

Relaxing Family Vacation

The condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. Private beach area was well kept and not crowded at all, great for the kids to play. Very nice resort with plenty of things to do.

Relaxing Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time here! My kiddos especially loved all the pools to choose from. The walk to the beach on the boardwalk was nice because I didn’t have to usher kids out of the road and be worried about cars. The resort is in a great location to a lot of restaurants!

Property was as pictured (nicely updated). Our family enjoyed the pool and beach each day. Communication with the owner was great. 1st time we have had the beach storage locker and that was a great addition! Appreciated the use of the beach wagon and chairs.

Family Getaway

My husband and our daughter came for a relaxing vacation before she moved back in her college dorm. Melanie was wonderful to deal with and the condo was very cute! There is a walk to the beach but the bridge over the tidal marsh makes for a pleasant experience. We all enjoyed our stay very much!

Fantastic Spring Break Getaway

Everything about this property is perfect for a family spring break! The condo is well stocked with everything you need including all you’d need for a day at the beach. The complex is perfect for families with the pools, a short walk to the beach and on site food options. We rented bikes from the suggested bike rental company and had them delivered and could store them right below us-so much to do by bike on HHI. Melanie was a wonderful and attentive host, I’ve already recommended this property to friends and will certainly be coming back!

Very accommodating

Melanie was a very considerate host who kindly offered some flexibility with check-in and check-out times because we were traveling with a toddler and a grandparent who became sick during our stay. Quick to respond to questions. The condo was in excellent condition and conveniently located in a building between the large outdoor and indoor pools, and a short walk to the boardwalk which takes you over the marsh and to the beach. The buildings themselves and Hilton Head Resort facilities use a little updating, but her individual condo was clean, updated, comfortable, and slept four of us easily. Really, a great bargain for the price, would certainly stay here again.

Great vacation.

The condo was even better than advertised. The beds were definitely comfy. We enjoyed the set-up. It was perfect for me and my husband and my son and his friend. The proximity to the beach and pool were amazing. The bike rental company was right below us. Everything was so convenient. Melanie was easy to reach. Not that we had any issues. Definitely recommend.

We felt like we were staying at a friend’s condo

The condo was recently remodeled and matched the description perfectly. The location of this unit is near the pool and just a short walk to the beach. The owners went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome in their condo. (For example, it is wonderful that they provide beach chairs for our use.) We felt like we were using a friend’s condo! We hope we will have an opportunity to visit again soon.

Retirement Getaway

We stayed two weeks and could have stayed longer. The property was just as described. The condo was updated and nice decor. Melanie was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo is centrally located on the island, which was great when trying different restaurants, etc. We like to explore and tried different beaches and it is a big plus having access to the beach from the boardwalk. You don't have to find a place to park or pay for parking. We would definitely stay here again if in Hilton Head.

Fantastic!

We had a lovely time at the Hilton Head Resort. Lot’s to do and the beach is beautiful! Everything is conveniently located. We rented bikes for the week and it was so fun exploring the island and biking on the beach. The pool area was excellent in Building 1 and love the Fire Island Restaurant and Deli fries. If we could comment on one thing is the mattress in the primary bedroom- it could use replacing it was uncomfortable and soft. Other than that the condo was excellent! We had a fantastic time! Thanks!

Beautiful Island Getaway!

My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation on HHI. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was very nice. The location was perfect. It's located near grocery stores, shopping, great restaurants, bike trails, golf courses and the ocean! My husband had a pass to the Harbour Town Golf Championship on Saturday. I enjoyed my daily walk on the boardwalk to the beach. Coco's (restaurant) is located at the end of the boardwalk. We enjoyed spending an afternoon there. We people watched and visited with others while watching a volleyball game. The weather was perfect. The condo complex had so much to offer. I rented a bike and enjoyed the outdoor pool in building one. We really enjoyed our getaway and would love to come back. It's a beautiful island.

Nice little condo, great hosts!

The condo was cute, clean, and well supplied with everything we needed during our stay. The host was very friendly and fair regarding an issue I had with the building security. We had a balcony which all units don’t have, but it doesn’t have a scenic view like the opposite side of the building. Overall all of the buildings entire are showing some wear and tear but the outdoor pool area in building 1 is pretty nice. Most of the renters we saw were families with children and the property seemed pretty safe.
