Cottage is oceanside yet, within 2 miles from 2 grocery stores, 2 public golf courses, 20 restaurants, pizza place, liquor store, fresh seafood mart, Walmart and URGENT CARE. The gas station/convenience store with beer/cigarettes is within walking distance. Once you cross the Wright Memorial Bridge and crest the hill, you are 1000 ft. from your vacation cottage. 2 min. walk to beach assess! SUMMER TIME above ground round 24' POOL!
Access given upon arrival. I will email and text to you at 3pm or if earlier check in is available.
We live next door and are happy to assist in any manner. Call for prompt response. We do not engage unless there is an issue that you need help with resolving.
Don't rent a crib, highchair or bedding from a rental company . We also supply beach towels. You don't have to bring paper towels or tissue paper. In your TOY ROOM, will be bicycles paddle board, boogie boards, coolers corn hole game and more. Ocean views. Easy, close beach access with boardwalk (with porta-potties. LIFEGUARD on duty at our beach during season.)

Beautiful house, clean with all the essentials provided. It was a 2 min walk to beach access which was wonderful. The host provided beach essentials, bikes, etc. which made packing for the trip that much easier. I had a couple of questions since this was my first time booking through VRBO and the host was very quick to respond and wonderful to work with. Highly recommended.

Perfect choice for a family beach vacation!!

Our family came to sprnd a week at the beach and this house was the perfect spot to enjoy the beach and all the OBX attractions we wanted to visit. The house had everything we needed to make the trip comfortable and convenient. We hope to return!

Our 2nd Stay here

This is our second tine staying at Brad and Ronda's beach house. We enjoy the size, the proximity to the beach, and the very well stocked house, including beach toys. The unit is clean, the kitchen completely furnished, and linens were provided. Will probably stay there next year too!

Great gathering spot

Cozy house in a great location

Our family of 7 adults enjoyed our stay in this cozy, comfortable home that was close to the beach. The kitchen was especially well stocked for cooking meals and the open layout of the home made it possible for us all to eat together even when additional family staying near by joined us. We also really appreciated the beach towels and equipment- beach chairs, wagons, umbrellas and paddle board. This house contained lots of thoughtful details and amenities.

Much needed peace :)

LOVED this house and it’s proximity to the beach! Despite a tropical storm, we saw the true beauty of the beach the last day we were here and the owners are AMAZING! So helpful and kind. We will DEFINITELY stay here the next time we visit. I’ve been to a lot of beaches and rented a lot of beach homes but this one is in my top ten for sure!!

Great mini vacation

This was great! The house was close to everything, and it was so clean and fully stocked. The owners were fantastic. We were given a name of a seafood market which was one of the best. Every question we asked, they answered. Look forward to possibly going back this December. I highly recommend this house!!

Location!!

We had a great stay at this house. It had all the space and amenities we needed. I loved that the kitchen had all of the utensils, pots and pans, and even spices for cooking that was needed. The ice packs in the freezer were handy when packing a picnic as well. The location was also perfect for our trip- right between Corolla, where we took a Wild Horse Tour, and Hatteras, where we went to see the lighthouse. The view was great, especially while eating our meals. You could see the ocean between the houses in front of us.

Excellent home and accommodations!

We rented the place for 4 nights to celebrate ny granddaughters upcoming high school graduation. The home was perfect for us and right across the street from the beach. We could see the ocean from the kitchen and dinner table windows! The place was very clean (that says a lot because I am a bit of a clean freak)! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and top end appliances. The showers were hot and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this home. In the center of OBX, it was easy to to day trips up or down the coast. The owners responded within a reasonable time on the one occasion we reached out. One of the best places we've rented at a reasonable price to boot!

Perfect house for a perfect week

5 stars really isn’t enough, but it’s all I’m allowed. Even before checking in Brad and Rhonda made us feel like family. They researched fishing excursions, sent us a list of favorite restaurants, and cool places to visit. The house was clean, inviting, and had EVERYTHING the 9 of us needed. The view of the ocean while drinking my coffee was a plus and the double rainbow (which Brad sent me a picture of to make sure I didn’t miss) over the house was the cherry on top of an amazing week! So thankful that we found this home for our family vacation!!
