Check-in was easy and we had a great time. Access to the lake was very nice, as well. Quiet, private neighborhood. Dog friendly. We did a lot between Lake Arrowhead, Big Bear Lake and Lake Gregory, which is small, but great for kids who like the beach and water parks.

Our concern was the split level stairs. They were inconsistent. My dogs kept falling off them. One was higher than the other and deeper. It made for a stressful stay to keep watching them. They are used to regular stairs. There were a lot of previous dog pee stains on the carpet. The bed was comfortable. The front door lock was wanky. I’m sorry I can’t be more positive we were really looking forward to this trip. Lake Arrowhead is my favorite place.

We take pride in our home and have for many years. It is clearly indicated on the photos and description about steps into and out of the home. We understand that steps can be difficult for certain people and pets. Unfortunately, we are unable to change that. We do allow guests to bring their furry friends, but we are very clean and have regular professional carpet cleaning. We also have a front door lock code. That is very easy to enter and lock without a key. It seems this guest would not have been satisfied at any home, and if we heard of any complaints, which we did not during the stay, we would have done anything we could to make the stay even more comfortable.

The cabin is beautiful! It is clean, comfortable and it had everything we needed right down to my favorite shampoo. The host helped right away when needed help operating the nest for heating. We truely enjoyed our stayed and would book this cabin again!

Perfect for family

The location is perfect and the size was just right for five of us. I also love that this property allowed us to bring the family dog! Very clean. Adorable kitchen, well stocked coffee for the morning and cozy (but still large) living room. The teenagers loved all the games, especially corn hole and the shuffle board table! We even built a fire! Wonderful stay, we would definitely return here.
