Boka vår hundvänliga, rymliga villa i Queens Grant, belägen i Palmetto Dunes. Palmetto Dunes har ett centralt läge på ön, nära shopping, golf och tennis. Stranden är en enkel ½ mil cykeltur; eller hoppa på den fria Palmetto "Dune's Buggy" -bussen som kör april - september. Bussen tar dig upp vid vår ytterdörr och transporterar dig inte bara till stranden, utan restauranger, shopping och marknaden för livsmedel. Lätt och bekvämt.

Vi har nyligen lagt till 2 GRATIS vuxna strandkryssare för din användning.

Koppla tillbaka och koppla av i familjerummet som innehåller en stor soffa, överfyllda stolar, 40 ”Smart TV och gratis WIFI. Vi har också inkluderat brädspel och pussel.

Köket har renoverats med bänkskivor i granit, nya skåp, vitvaror i rostfritt stål samt en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i front. Det är välutrustat med många nya rätter, kruka, kokkärl och allt köksredskap du behöver.

Det lyxiga sovrummet har en king size-madrass från Tempur-Pedic och en väggmonterad platt-TV. Tillgång från befälhavaren till det överdimensionerade däcket, visar upp en 350 år gammal ek som ger skugga vid behov.
Däck har utsikt över en lagun, fontän och djurliv för ditt tittande nöje. Den har en gasgrill och gott om sittplatser.

Det andra sovrummet har en tvilling- och drottningssäng och har också en väggmonterad platt-TV. Vår villa har kapacitet att sova 5.

Uppgraderingar till badrummet inkluderar en anpassad kakeldusch med regndusch.

En utomhusdusch finns i serviceområdet för att tvätta bort de sandiga fötter.

Det finns 5 pooler i Queens Grant, och du är fri att använda någon av dem.

Shelter Cove, som ligger en kort cykeltur från Palmetto Dunes, har HarbourFest, ett familjevänligt evenemang som äger rum varje natt från mitten av juni till mitten av augusti, och entrén är gratis.

Clean and comfortable, this was a great home to spend a week. Location is convenient to walk everywhere in Palmetto Dunes. Fully stocked kitchen made dinner preparation easy. Highly recommend this Queens Grant villa.

Great Dog Friendly Beach Trip

The decor and the space looks even better in person! Everything was clean, location was good. My only complaint was that our son was staying at captains walk and he rode over to our place on a bike. He came on the deck so we went outside to sit. My son began complaining something was biting him. We went inside and he had fleas around his ankles!!!! Needless to say we didn’t go in the porch again. Also we had a death in the family and had to leave early

It’s disappointing when we receive a negative comment about our villa. In fact, it’s been years since we’ve had one. We strive to do everything we can to make each and every guest as comfortable and satisfied as possible. It’s even more disappointing when a guest has an issue and doesn’t let us know about it until we read it in a review. We advise our guests to contact us immediately if they have any issues, questions, or concerns. This is one of those cases where a simple phone call could have resolved the issue. You stated in your review “The decor and the space looks even better in person! Everything was clean, location was good,” Then you go on to explain about your son visiting from another rental and he suddenly walks on our deck and has fleas biting his ankles. You didn’t say that you had received any flea bites yourself, The guests before you didn’t complain, and neither did the guest after you. How is anyone supposed to know where the fleas came from? I can tell you that they didn’t come from our deck, as fleas do not live on hard surfaces, They do live in grass, dirt, sand and carpet, none of which we have in our villa or on our deck. However, if you had called us immediately when you had the issue, we would have sent someone out to address it. Your negative comment and four star rating hurts our VRBO ranking. We can’t fix something that we were not aware of.

Relaxing Stay

We found this place several years ago, and it remains our favorite place to stay while in Hilton Head. Very convenient to everything, and extremely pet friendly. I would highly recommend it!

Wonderful place to stay

Great location with easy access to everything. We had a wonderful time with our Bernese Mountain Dog and English Yellow Lab. The home was well equipped with a great deck.

Great villa in Hilton Head

This was our first trip to HHI and the property was perfect! The location is great because it is close to grocery shopping, beach, golf and pretty much everything you wanted to do! We loved the place and will definitely rent this unit again!! The owners were very attentive to our needs and the place is cozy and clean.

Great Condo with a View

Condo was furnished perfectly. Decor was perfect for a coastal vibe. Outdoor deck was completely shaded by a Live Oak with Spanish Moss, which is exactly what you want when visiting the Low Country. View of the pond and wildlife was nice and the pool was very close. Will book again.

We chose Queens Grant because it is dog friendly, centrally located on the island, and close to both the beach and shopping. With Palmetto Dunes having so much to offer, what more could you ask for?

Our villa features a large, open floor plan, with tile floors throughout. The oversized, gated deck, which overlooks the lagoon, is shaded by a large oak tree and is perfect for relaxing at the end of a busy day, or enjoying your morning cup of coffee.
As "hands-on" owners, we personally manage our property to give you personal service. When you have a question or issue, you can call us directly, at any time, and we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue. We do not use an outside management company, as most people do. Please check our reviews, they speak for themselves.
