A 9-min drive to downtown and a 3-min drive or 15-min walk to the Olympic Center. Enjoy a nearby park with a playground, just 2 blocks away. Memorial Park, hosting the annual Balloon Fest, a lake, and more, is only a 5-min drive. Book now and experience the perfect blend of comfort and convenience!
This Colorado Springs, 1950s home is about 800 sq/ft with an open floor plan, that has been fully remodeled. The kitchen with gorgeous tile and a quartz countertop has all the necessities to cook a meal on the gas range/oven. Enjoy the warmth and look of the original hardwood floors! Snuggle onto the plush sofa, turn on the electric fireplace and watch a flick on the Smart TV! Bedroom one has a comfy Queen bed and bedroom two has 2 twins. There is a newly remodeled, full bathroom with a gorgeous tiled bathtub/shower combo. The basement is small but equipped with another small smart TV, some board games, and comfy bean bags. Perfect place if the kids need their space! There is also a washer/dryer in the basement.
Head out to the great outdoors and enjoy the private backyard patio area, complete with a privacy fence. Hang out and enjoy cocktails and each other's company around the propane fire pit. Take advantage of Colorado's excellent weather with a BBQ, and grill up some grub. Plenty of seating for everyone to hang out around the patio table with an umbrella. Just want to chill out, maybe have a cup of joe? The covered front porch is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the peaceful neighborhood.
