Hemmet ligger pÄ en trÀdkantad gata i centrala Colorado Springs. OmrÄdet kallas Old North End och utvecklades omkring 1900. Huset Àr ett ombyggt hem med 2 sovrum, 1. 5 badrum, 5 sovplatser. VÄrt hem byggdes 1900 och har originalgolv och trÀgolv. Allt annat har uppdaterats. Köket har gasutbud, öluva, kakelgolv, frukostbar, intilliggande matsal och mer. Fastigheten har parkering utanför gatan och ligger 1-2 kvarter frÄn Colorado College, 1 kilometer till centrala Colorado Springs, cirka 10-15 minuter till Garden of the Gods och snabb och enkel Ätkomst till I-25. FrÄn huset kan du komma nÀstan var som helst i Colorado Springs pÄ 15-20 minuter. Det finns WiFi, 50 tums HD-TV, kabel-tv och internetservice, sÀngklÀder / handdukar / filtar / kuddar och allt du behöver för en bekvÀm vistelse. Det stora sovrummet har en drottning madrass, det andra sovrummet har en tvÄbÀddsbÀddsrum och vardagsrummet har en full storlek utdragbar bÀddsoffa. Det finns en veranda med bord och tvÄ stolar och den bakre uteplatsen har ett bord med 6 stolar och tvÄ Adirondack-stolar av typen med propan BBQ-grill. Huset har centrala luftkonditionering men Àr ett 118 Är gammalt hem, pÄ övervÄningen svalnar inte sÄ bra som huvudnivÄn. Hemmet Àr mycket bekvÀmt och helt inrÀttat som ett fritidshus. Extremely convenient location, near CC and other things I had to do in the Springs. Everything was clean, and the kitchen had pretty much everything I needed. I liked the privacy of having a separate house. Having a washer/dryer was useful for days when I came home dusty!I also appreciated the off-street parking. Area was nice and felt totally safe. Highly recommend this location!

Great CSP stay in this VRBO

Property was exactly what we expected. Neighborhood was nice and safe. We went for several morning walks, looking at the houses. Drank coffee on the front. House itself was as described. Clean, with enough room for the 3 of us. Two bedrooms upstairs share jack and jill type bathroom. Shower was hot. Kitchen had everything we needed. Zero complaints and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to the host for sharing this home with us!

Nice home in Colorado Springs

We enjoyed staying here. A private yard in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything. The kitchen was among the best equipped I've seen in a rental. Plenty of laundry and bath supplies.Comfortable beds and furniture. Checking in/out could not have been easier.

Average rental at a good price.

The place was okay. It was very clean, but I feel the pictures were misleading. The kitchen was beautiful, but the rest of the finishings were not as nice as they looked in the pictures. The home was very old and had an odd smell, the beds were very dense memory foam that was hard and not very comfortable. The towels smelled really bad, and the smell stayed in my hair after I left. I had also planned to walk to downtown, but you definitely need a car. It's too far of a walk while wearing nice clothes. The highlights were the beautiful kitchen which was just as pretty as the pictures. Also, the owner was very responsive when I asked to check in early.

Cute little stay

This house is in the perfect location. It’s small but the host has done a nice job creating plenty of space to hang out. The bedrooms are very small upstairs but it worked great for 2 of us. Bed was comfy and kitchen was great!! Mark was also very helpful and communicated well.

This house was perfect for the 3 of us. It’s close to pretty much everything, but still a very quiet location. Loved the kitchen and ability to make full meals! Definitely recommend.

A must stay!

Our stay was amazing! The beds were so comfortable, we had all the dishes we needed to cook a nice meal, and communication was so simple. The owner responded in great time. Not a single issue. Will book again every time I am in the area.

My wife and I have two children and have lived in Colorado Springs since 1999. I was born and raised in Colorado Springs and this home has been in my family since it was built in 1900. We have had significant renovation done to it since we have owned it. Most recently we had the wood floors refinished and completely remodeled the kitchen. We hope you enjoy the home!

Very updated home with original wood flooring and original wood trim. Gourmet kitchen. Beautiful finishing and decor. 1-2 blocks to Colorado College and close to downtown and everything in Colorado Springs/Pikes Peak Region. Easy access to I25 means you can be anywhere in the Pikes Peak Region in under 30 minutes (most places 15-20 minutes).
