The home is a single story open floor plan with access to the front of house (living room with games, dining table, couch, and a comfortable atmosphere. Private bedroom with plenty of space next to a full bathroom. Access to full kitchen and w/d, free fiber optic wifi, temperature control, and personal entrance to living and sleeping area. Guests will have private access to a bedroom and bathroom as well as a partitioned off living area. Shared access to kitchen as well as w/d. I reside in the back area with my child but will be renting on days when he is at his mom's and I work. A perfect place to stay when visiting, once again, Conde Nast's most beautiful city in America - Charleston, SC.
