Wake up to the sights and sounds of the ocean!
After a fun day of sand and surf, your family will love relaxing inside this updated condo with all new furniture. Step onto the 4th floor balcony to enjoy incredible ocean & bay views. This spacious condo sleeps up to 8 comfortably and has two parking spaces. It has a full, updated kitchen and central A/C. Youâll be close to all the attractions OC has to offer, including the beach, Boardwalk, Convention Center and live music at Coconuts!
The main bedroom has a luxurious king-sized bed and its own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a cozy full-over-full bunk bed, with a twin bed that rolls out from underneath. The comfy sectional in the living room has a pullout full-size bed and the oversize chair in the living room has a twin pullout.
Connect to the speedy Wi-Fi, or enjoy your favorite shows on one of the TVs. The TV in the living room has Xfinity cable. The TV in the main bedroom is a Smart TV.
Pour yourself a drink and relax on the balcony furniture. Or grab the complementary beach chairs and sand toys, and head for the ocean!
For those in the mood to cook, the condo has a fully-equipped kitchen with a peninsula and bar stool seating. You can also gather with the family to have a meal at the dining table.
Guests have the entire condo to themselves. Let us know if you need one or two parking passes. The condo has one assigned space under the building (enter from 37th Street). The second pass can be used for one of the unassigned spaces (enter from the beach side of the building).
Building does have an elevator!
Guests will receive a code for the keyless entry â no waiting in line for keys!
The unit has hand soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. We ask that you replace what you use.
We provide bed linens, blankets and towels.
No smoking, no pets, no parties.
We are centrally located!

We love the beach and we know you will, too! Our kids enjoy collecting shells, playing in the ocean and watching the dog dig in the sand. We like getting away from it all and just relaxing.
