Great location in long Beach, and the host did a great job making sure that the place was in good shape. Love the “just take your things and we’ll get the rest” checkout policy. Per some other concerns about parking, we didn’t have any issues finding a spot to park, but bring your parallel parking “A” game.

If you are looking for a small studio in the heart of Belmont Shore, this is the place for you. Clean, well supplied. Quiet even though it is right off of 2nd street. I will stay they again.

Great property for the price and in a great location. Parking during the day was tricky, but plenty available parking at night. Short walk to the beach. Host was excellent.

Room, shower, and kitchen were clean and refreshed. I arrived at night and the door key pad lit up when pressed which was great. The room was quiet and it was surprising because the building was located just behind an establishment away from E 2nd street where all the activity is found. Room was definitely located in the heart of all restaurants, boutiques, stores and beach. I will stay again on my next visit to Long Beach.

The room was as advertised, in a great location with great amenities. I appreciated some basic essentials in the kitchen as I ate in for most of my time there. Great spot.

I had a wonderful stay here, very close walking distance to many shops, restaurants and more i would say that I wish there were more towls provided and while there we did see 2 huge roaches which was kind of disturbing. Other than that the studio itself was welcoming.

Clean, comfortable space with mostly quiet surroundings . Air conditioning was adequate Kitchen was adequate . No outside amenities good location. VRBO sight was confusing and sometimes difficult to navigate for communication

Came here for a morning 5k at the beach, stayed for a night right off second street LB. This location is close to everything shopping, dining and entertainment and especially ocean boulevard where the beach is. It was very clean and we were impressed with the quality of the space, tiny but mighty studio! Also plenty of streaming options. There was an AC unit that blew nice and cool air, never felt hot or uncomfortable inside the unit. We slept well, didn’t hear noise at all off second street. Would stay here again!

Property was very clean and in a great location. I had a maintenance issue with the property when I arrived that wasn’t resolved due to lack of communication. Otherwise, it’s a nice property.
