We LOVED our stay here!!!! The host and his family were extremely helpful, accessible, and great to talk with! Clean place to stay! Great neighborhood. Easy access to amenities. If we were to come back to California, this is the ONLY place we would stay! Thank you to such a wonderful family, and thank you for an excellent experience!!!

This is a lovely one-bedroom cottage in a sweet residential neighborhood in Long Beach. We were visiting my son at CSULB and it was close to everything. There was a heatwave while we were there and the two window AC units worked well. The futon in the living room was comfortable to sleep on without pulling out the full couch bed. I appreciated the convenience of the air fryer and the Keurig for coffee. We had a spot to park and the neighbors were friendly but quiet. Highly recommend! Thank you

My sons and I stayed here for a quick little vacation to Disneyland. I’m originally from the area and I love it here. The house was so quiet and comfortable. We all slept really well. I’d love to bring my daughters next time. We will definitely stay here again, thank you.

Cute, Comfortable and Cozy

We were in Long Beach for a funeral, however it felt like a small vacation staying at this very cozy home. Will definitely come back and stay longer next visit. If you are looking for a relaxing environment that is in close proximity to everything in Long Beach, you must stay at this rental.

My 1st Downtown Long Beach Stay

I have a client in Long Beach that I come out to work with a few times a year. I typically stay out in Signal Hill & I love it out there. However, this trip I decided to stay closer in and it was a really good atay. The host & his father were super friendly and ensured that I had a place to park. This place is now on my list of preference list

Clean, cozy and perfect

Turned a work trip into something much more fun. The place was tidy and had everything we needed (granted, it was a short stay and we didn't cook much, so I can't speak to kitchen in detail - we had too much fun checking out local eateries!). Thoughtful about details. Great place to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. Loved the neighborhood! Close enough to the beach to enjoy morning runs. Owner was super responsive when we had questions.
