Known as the Dr. Catterson House, this classical revival was once listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The home has been fully renovated while carefully preserving its historic charm, which can be seen in the captivating details throughout.

The Space:
Adorned with gorgeous leaded glass windows, box beam ceilings, refinished hardwood floors, original woodwork, and custom built-ins, this home is loaded with original charm yet has been updated with modern conveniences for today's living. Outside you are welcomed with grand Corinthian columns supporting the upper and lower wraparound porches along with the soothing sound of the beautiful landscaped water features. This three story manor includes 8 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a formal living and dining room and a fully remodeled kitchen on each floor. It is a perfect home for a large group or multiple families looking to comfortably gather in one shared residence.

The spacious driveway behind the manor offers ample off street parking with additional street parking available at no charge.

Adjacent to the property you will find our beloved Coeur D'Alene Park - Spokane's very first park established in 1891.
