Comfortable, fun home in central location

This home has a great layout and amenities. Beds were super comfortable, TV's in every room, and we loved the pool table, and putting green. Kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed to prep meals. The kids enjoyed being in the bunkroom. Home is 5 mins from Safeway, Target and Starbucks which was great for grocery runs. Pool was not heated and too cold to use (March). Spa was supposed to be heated (paid to have it) but never heated in the 18 days we were there. Do not count on it working as owners had plenty of time to correct the issue as it was raised by other renters prior. We would rent this property again especially if the spa worked.

Buyer beware!

The house itself is awesome! The backyard is awesome! We also paid for the spa to be heated, $1200, it was never heated, for 3 weeks we got the run around and it was ultimatley never heated and took forever to get a refund! The first night we were there, we used the grill which was so dirty inside it started a large fire. I reached outthe the mgmt co. and they cleaned it the next day. We had the bathroom circuit breakers pop 2x, each time it was a few hours for the maint. peopl to come and reset it, which is not ideal when you have family trying to get ready. We found out after the fact that the circuit breaker was outside the house. We asssumed it was in the garage which we had zero access to. There are other reviews about no hot water, that happened to us as well. The mgmt. company came out and said the replaced the coils, it did seem to work after that, The water heater also is in the garage with no access. As I said the house itself is awesome. The LOCAL property manager was great. The house is not equipped for the 7 people it is advertised for.

Great property

The whole house is exactly as pictured! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place that has plenty of space and things to do for the whole family.

Beautiful Location

We loved the location of this place in such a wonderful neighborhood. Although there were a few minor hiccups, we still had a fantastic stay and would choose to stay here again without any hesitation.

Do NOT stay here

We enjoyed the property but had issues. No hot water for a day. We paid for the spa to be heated but it wasn’t heated and not useable. I requested a refund but was denied. I wish I could recommend this property because of the cleanliness and the decor, but the issues and service through Vacasa outweighs everything else.
