PHX Stays delivers a spacious kick back modern bohemian homestead nestled on a quiet cul de sac with a private backyard paradise. Plenty of room for outdoor games, grilling and enjoying all that Arizona has to offer.





You will be sent a keyless code before your arrival for the entry pad. Before, during, and after your stay, feel free to reach out to us at anytime. You will have access to the entire home except the owners locked closets.

When you stay in any of PHX Stays properties you'll always be stocked with the luxury amenities to help you feel right at home! We provide: High speed Wifi, Smart TV's, fully stocked kitchens, complimentary coffee & tea, toiletries, luggage racks, freshly laundered linens and towels. You'll also find a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent.

THINGS TO NOTE: We do require a Pre-Arrival form and a Rental agreement as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. Please note, all rental agreements and pre-arrival forms must be complete prior to receiving the code.

CONCIERGE SERVICES:
We offer a 24/7 On-Demand Concierge Service. Extra fees apply for this service and it includes anything from restaurant reservations, special requests, in-home chef, amenity arrangements, mid-stay cleaning service, and more.

Our Cactus Jack home is a PHX Stays property.

HOUSE RULES:
-NO SMOKING of any kind anywhere on property. No cigarettes, cannabis, vape, cigars.
-This home does not allow pets due to allergies
-No guests that are not on the reservation or otherwise approved.
-PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED This is a residential area.
-Do not touch pool equipment or remove pool vacuum from pool! Doing so could be highly destructive and expensive
-By booking this property you are agreeing to all the rules.

PLEASE NOTE :To maintain our beautiful grounds, we do have weekly pool, spa, and landscaping crew onsite to service our property and equipment. The team will have free access to backyard and front yard of property. Typically the team comes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, but this is subject to change without notice.

OUTDOOR CAMERAS:
There is a surveillance camera on the exterior front of the property only for security reasons and to ensure guest safety.
