The space
From every room on the property, you see lush jungle full of lipstick palms, royal palms, frangipani, Guanacaste (the country's national tree) and the Ceiba rising majestically above the jungle canopy. When in season, enjoy picking fresh mangoes, mamon chinos, pineapples, bananas, guavas, guanabana (soursop), mandarins, oranges, grapefruits, lemons, and more, while watching the wildlife that includes monkeys, parrots, toucans, deer, armadillos, anteaters, pizotes and more.

The three-bedroom main home was inspired by Balinese design by the original owner, an accomplished architect. A 4x4 car is highly NECESSARY to arrive to the property and also drive around so you can take advantage of all the activities that this area has to offer.

Only 15 min from Playa Dominical, where you can find a variety of restaurants, shops and markets. As well this is one of the best surf spots.

Parties are not allowed in the property or loud music after 10pm.
