SITTER PÅ DAGET FÖR BAYEN TILL ATT TITTA ALABAMA TIDE ROLL AWAY. Det är ett sätt att njuta av den tid du tillbringar i vår 2bädds- / 2bath-lägenhet med GRATIS båtslipp ingår. Eller så kan du sitta på den rymliga balkongen på 4: e våningen och till höger utsikt över hela bukten, Perdido Pass Bridge och viken samt de vackert anlagda markerna i Phoenix på BayII. Till vänster är en utsikt över utomhuspoolerna, lata floden och vattenrutschbanan. Nedan finns BBQ-grillar, picknickområde, fiskrengöringsstation och båtbryggor.

Inuti hittar du en lugnande vatten- / sanddekor. Vardagsrummet (w / våt bar och ismaskin), matsal och kök har en öppen planlösning med golv till takfönster och dörrväggar så att du kan njuta av utsikten. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med en klädkammare. Befälhavaren badet har vattenjet badkar, fristående dusch och en dubbla handfat fåfänga. Det andra sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och det bifogade badet har badkar / dusch. Tvättstugan har en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek, strykbräda och strykjärn. Vår lägenhet är bekvämt inredda och har en 55 tums smart platt-tv och blu-RAY DVD-spelare i vardagsrummet. De är stora platt-tv med dvd-spelare i båda sovrummet. Vi har också WiFi, böcker och spel.

Great value and experience

We love Lighthouse on The Bay. The cost per night was extremely reasonable. The amenities are exceptional. Our only issue was having to chase down the security guard to check in for parking passes but that was on big deal. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent

This was the most comfortable and clean condo we’ve ever stayed in. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The furniture in the living room was also very comfortable and not wore out older furniture that have been in past places we have stayed. Love the open floor plan so while someone was in the kitchen, which was nice sized, they could still be part of the family in the living room. The 3 pools were an added bonus. I would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful condo, with great view

This was the cleanest, most well stocked, beautiful condo. I loved just sitting on the balcony watching the boats and birds it was so peaceful. The pool and the lazy river were prefect.

Amazing condo!

The condo is beautiful! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved that the 2 bathrooms were each in a bedroom for ultimate privacy. The pool area and lazy river were so much fun. We had a great stay!

Great Condo, Awesome views

Totally enjoyed our stay with family. The Unit was very clean and nicely decorated! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. The owner and property manager were easy to work with..... Would love to return.

Amazing

The condo was absolutely beautiful. The owner was very easy to communicate with. The amenities on the property were great too. It was nice to sip coffee on the deck overlooking the bay. We are already planning our next stay!

Perfect weekend!

We loved our stay! It was absolutely perfect for our little family of four. We are frequent flyers in OBA and this is now our top favorite condo. Check-in was so easy with just myself and my two girls while my husband handled the boat. Boat slip was perfect. Super clean! We will be back (:

Perfect getaway

This was the second time to stay in Mr Dave’s unit and the 5th time at Phoenix on the Bay 2. Mr. Dave’s unit is the best equipped and most comfortable unit we have stayed in. Great view. Easy to get to. The Phoenix property always is very well maintained and the staff are courteous and helpful. Look forward to our next trip.

Perfectly clean and well stocked

We love this condominium and this particular unit is likely the cleanest there! It was VERY well stocked with all the kitchen things you’d ever need plus games and things for the kids to do. Plenty of pillows and blankets also. Nice view of the pool and marina, the boat slip is easy to get in and out of, a place to park the trailer… definitely recommend!

Great place to stay

The condo was perfect for the 5 of us. The furnishings were beautiful and the owners really thought of everything that one would need for a long-term stay. We couldn't have asked for any better. The resort had a nice pool with a waterslide for the kids and we all enjoyed the lazy river. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would love to stay there again in the future. Thank you to the owners for sharing their lovely condo.

Best rental ever

I have rented countless condos and homes over the years and this one was the cleanest and most well equipped of them all! The condo is spotless and in excellent repair. It is also equipped with any and everything we needed. And of course POB is wonderful! The lazy river, pool, and boat slip and location can’t be beat. Will definitely stay again!

WE HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS AREA SINCE 1999 WHEN WE RETIRED. WE HAVE FAMILY THAT HAVE WINTERED HERE FOR 20 YEARS. WE ENJOY BEING CLOSE TO THE WATER, GOLF, AND SHOPPING. WE REALLY LIKE NOT HAVING SNOW TO SHOVEL(we are from Michigan) WHEN WE WINTER HERE!

WE CHOSE PHOENIX BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE MOST AMENITIES AND ARE THE BEST AND SAFEST BUILT. WE BOUGHT PRECONSTRUCTION SO WE COULD PICK OUR DECOR
