Thank you for the great review! I hope that you visit again.

Thank you so much! I’m so glad the house was a perfect retreat during your Cooperstown All Star Village experience — it’s such a special time to make memories. We’d love to welcome you back anytime, whether for more baseball adventures or just a relaxing getaway!

Jazz hands!!!! I hope that you visit again.

hank you so much! I’m so glad you found the home comfortable and the property peaceful — it really is such a relaxing spot. Each season has its own charm here, from vibrant summer greens to cozy winter snows. I’d love to have you back anytime to experience it in a new season!

Thank you so much for the kind words! We're thrilled you enjoyed the house, property, and all its unique touches. “Off the beaten path” really depends on what path you’re on — we like to think of it as perfectly placed! Whether you’re visiting for college events in Oneonta or Delhi, catching a show at the West Kortright Center, exploring Hanford Mills Museum, or cheering on teams at All Star Village or Cooperstown Dreams Park, our spot makes a great home base. We’d love to welcome you back anytime to enjoy it all again!

Wonderful! It's so important when you are here for baseball camp. The mornings can be early and games can go LATE. You definitely don't want to have a long drive to your accommodation. I'm glad it all worked out for you and I hope that you have more players coming in the future!

That's wonderful to hear, I'm glad that you enjoyed your time here and look forward to visiting you again!

Thank you for your nice review! I'm happy that you enjoyed your time here and hope that you visit again.

Thank you so much for your feedback and for staying with us! I’m really glad you enjoyed your visit and appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. The natural sulfur scent in the water is part of the local well system and is mentioned in the listing so guests are aware before booking. I’m a little disappointed to see it affected your rating since it’s something we’re upfront about, but I truly appreciate your honesty and understanding. I’m happy to hear the rest of your stay went well, and you’re always welcome back anytime!

Hi Pamela - Happy New Year! I apologize I never responded to your review, I somehow missed it! Thank you for submitting your review, I'm glad that you enjoyed the property and house and I hope you visit again!

Perfect! Thanks for much for staying and I hope it was a memorable visit.

I love listening to the bullfrogs at night, especially when the lightening bugs are out. I'm glad that you had a nice time!

Thank you for your nice review! The house does have sulphur water and we have a filtered pitcher at the house but bottled water is recommended.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! I’m so glad the house exceeded your expectations and that it was a comfortable home base for the tournament. It sounds like you made great use of the space — especially that back porch for some well-deserved downtime! I appreciate the suggestion about a physical house manual. We’ve moved to a digital version so guests can easily access links, maps, and updated info right from their phones, but it can also be downloaded or printed for anyone who prefers a hard copy. I’m so happy you had a great stay, and you’re always welcome back for the next big game!

Amazing! Thank you for such a detailed review, it should really be helpful for guests considering to stay with us. Enjoy the rest of your summer and I do hope you find a reason to return!

Fantastic!!! I am thrilled, thank you for your wonderful review. The location is perfect for baseball families - close enough for those early mornings and late nights, but not in the center of it all so you have time to decompress. And I'm happy that I was able to take care of the issue expediently. My staff and I do take pride in our jobs and it's nice to hear the feedback. I'm very lucky to have great guests and great people that I work with. That is the first I've heard of a beaver there but how fun! I don't see them very much myself and I've never seen one out of the water. Thank you for being GREAT guests and taking such good care of the house. I hope I have an opportunity to host you again!

Thanks for your review and feedback. I'm sorry that you found the distance to the Dreams Park too far. I host baseball families all summer so I know how important it is to get as close as possible. That's why I put the distance to both the Dreams Park and the All Star Village in the description. The parks are so popular many people book a year in advance because accommodations are hard to find. While East Meredith doesn't have restaurants and shops, there are plenty in the nearby towns of Delhi and Oneonta which are about 15 minutes away. I'll look into the water, the sulphur smell from the well does come and go. Guests should come prepared to use bottled water in case they do not like the taste.
