Quiet location, new home. Very nice. Enjoyed the pool table. The kitchen could use some more tools but otherwise it was an excellent stay.

Amazing Townhome and Host with a Great Location!

The townhome was perfect for our first trip to Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountains area. The property has a conveniently centralized location. It’s a 15–25-minute drive to Dollywood, grocery stores and attractions on 441(Parkway) and Winfield Dunn Parkway. Downton Gatlinburg is about a 30-minute drive and you can get to the Sugarland Visitors Center within 30 minutes. The front of the townhome has a view of a property with several horses. I was sure that the horses were saying hello to us when they looked in our direction. The townhome backs to a street. There is a private garage and 1-2 parking spots in the front. The place is brand new, pristine, modern, looks professionally decorated yet comfortable to make you feel at home and not a cold hotel room. We felt so at home with a beautiful kitchen that we cooked every day and only went out twice for dinner. It was an easy check in and check out process. The hosts provided what we needed to get us started (initial toiletries and such) and were available at all times to answer our questions quickly. We booked this property during our road trip to Pigeon Forge. Gregory, the owner, was responsive and accommodated our request to start our stay that same evening upon arrival. I asked Gregory about hiking trails, where to purchase the Smoky Mountains National Park parking sticker and a recommendation for a restaurant. He was super helpful. We would definitely stay again and recommend the property to others.

Gem with Modern Touches

We had a wonderful stay. Close to attractions, but offers a sense of tranquility. Modern home, spacious, clean and neat with inviting touches. We’ll definitely be back in the future. The owner is extremely responsive and professional. Thank you!

Excellent Property!

We really enjoyed our short stay at this townhome. The unit was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated and roughly a 10 minute drive to Dollywood. The owner (Greg) was so incredibly nice and very responsive. It was by far the best accommodations we've ever had in the Sevierville / Pigeon Forge area. We will definitely be back!
