Excellent location. Cozy, well equipped and clean. We used the hot tub and work out facilities. Great family spot!

We were in Park for 6 days and the mini splits worked for 2 of the days. It was never below 78* the entire time we were there even with fans running and windows open at night. Rental company was somewhat responsive but failed to fix the problem or send someone out for 3 days when they finally did send someone they came and said the mini splits were blowing cold air (they were not) reached out to the rental agency again and they asked us to shut the unit off for 2-3 hours and see if that fixed the issue (it didn’t) the next day they said they were sending an HVAC person out but sent another maintenance person from the rental agency to confirm that it wasn’t blowing cold air. FINALLY they sent an HVAC person out and he fixed it within minutes. Very disappointed with the whole process and would not recommend renting from them.

Great spot and room. Needs a few things to make summer stays more enjoyable.

We have no complaints about the accomodations aside from the lack of A/C and no codes to the gate or pool were given to us, just the room code was given. The place could really use A/C and some light blocking window coverings. We visited during a heat wave and sleeping was tough with how hot the room was and we avoided cooking in the room to not heat it further...then the sun came up before 6 am and shines right in to the small bedroom and living room. So there was no sleeping in on our vacation which was disappointing.

Convenient location

We had issues with the communication between the rental agencies and getting the correct information for checkin, parking pass and access to hot tub/pool. All of these things caused me to have to do extra research/times away from our already short vacation time. Then, on top of that the microwave didn’t work and we weren’t able to do our planned movie popcorn. Not happy with the responsiveness of the rental agency.
