Great view! Poor communication

As others have said the view can't be beat. The last review I read was June 2022 and I can say the furniture has been replaced, the beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was fine. I do wish there was more seating on the balcony. It is very outdated, but that didn't bother us. Leading up to our arrival the responses to my questions were within a couple hours. However, in the 30 minute window where I was supposed to receive all of the codes and was sitting outside the gate, no one was answering. They had told me to call if I was early, which is impossible and no matter what selection I chose it went to voicemail and I never received a call back, glad I didn't have an emergency! I received most of the codes 5 minutes before and the actual door code a little after our check in time as we were standing outside the door trying to figure out which one it was. I decided to not try and contact them again during our stay. I did ask about recycling, but didn't receive a response, and figured they just didn't which was disappointing. I did not appreciate all the emails asking about real estate, even after I said no to the first one. Not sure if I would stay again, but that view may call us back!

Clean but dated

Let me start by saying that the condo was very clean and well prepared by the property manager with what they have to work with. The condo is dated and needs a renovation. The ceiling in the master bath was coming down and there was no door separating the toilet from anything. It was at the end of a long hallway from the bedroom right next to the shower. The only kind of privacy if you could call it that were 2 saloon style doors on a half wall. The bed in the master was a queen size and very uncomfortable. I don’t want to bad mouth the property because it wasn’t bad at all. We had a very nice vacation. With some elbow grease and some updates it could be a very nice condo. There were a lot of little things that didn’t work or needed work.

BAD bed and outdated

The master bed is absolutely terrible. There are no slats on the frame and the mattress sags terribly. This is a known issue (see previous reviews) and easy fix but nothing done about it. The A/C vent above the master bed rattles when on. Ceiling fan in living room didn’t work. A/C vents are filthy. The condo is outdated. The reason there is no pic to the master bathroom is because there is no door! The best thing about this condo is the view from the wraparound porch. The condo is on the bay side but you can see the gulf.

The best part of the condo was the view from the wrap around balcony. The unit furnishings were old and worn. A cabinet door had to be held shut with a chair. That chair had a split in two back. The swivel chair in the lr was so worn it was peeling. The unit is in need of a major overhaul. The tv in the 2nd bedroom had a screen about 12 inches. Work was being done on the exterior, which we were not informed of. We lost use of our balcony 2 days while they worked, being loud with music, singing and laughing. THE A/c went out one night. Once notified, it was taken care of in good time. Again, the views were the highlight of our stay. If the unit is given tlc it would be amazing. Management was very responsive to any issues that came up.

Beautiful view!

We have stayed at Tristian Towers previously and returned because of the beautiful view. The only reason I would not recommend this unit is the horrible beds. I wonder why after many mentions of this they don’t feel the need to replace them.

Too old amenities and not helpful management to resolve issue

Bad: Amenities are too old especially main bed which is collapsed on the center of the bed by old springs so I could not sleep on the bed but used couch. Shower glass door is almost out of sliding track so definitely need to be maintained to prevent hazardous issue. I had late check-in (1.5 hrs late) due to cleaning have not been done on time. I also have wifi router issue and reported it to the maintenance but not supported by their service team and I fixed myself after figured out myself what was wrong. Good: Good view. Spacious. Fast internet.. Fast elevator. Close to beach. Amenities are old but fully equipped.

PLace was clean and view is awesome.

I wish this place has better furniture, especially beds. Double bed in master room matress is old and very uncomfotable, my in laws has the worse time sleeping there. The sofa-bed in living room its old and doesnt open ot close property to the point maintanence provide us with an air matress. Wifi doesnt work properly, maintanence people came in and couldnt make it work either, they call the provider to come and unfortunanelly they could only come the day before we were leaving. this made my work very hard. I will definately like to rent this place again but only if they upgrade the beds and sleeping sofa, otherwise no, which is a shame because the view is awesome :(

Beautiful views

We had a great time!! Very close to the beach and nice big pool. The condo needs upgrades like new beds and better pots and pans otherwise it was a must stay and would recommend it to anyone

November 2020 Get Away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time. The unit 9B was perfect. The weather was great-t shirts and shorts in November!! The balcony has a beautiful view and the Blue Angels paid us a visit!!! Due to hurricane Sally, there was some construction going on but we barely noticed it. The construction workers were helpful even when we had a problem with our carWill come back again!

Spectacular view, Bed needs to go...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Pensacola at this property. Positives- awesome view, great location, nice kitchen and eating area. Negatives- queen bed listed- it's only a double, at best, and not comfortable- I would HIGHLY recommend getting rid of the bed and putting a comfortable, king size instead. The master bathroom is strange... only saloon style doors separating the toilet & shower area from the bathroom...not a deal breaker, but very strange. Would I stay there again? Maybe, but only if the bed were changed out for a comfortable king. Other furniture was 's a rental...I'm gonna say I wouldn't recommend it to a friend as is, but if they changed the bed, I would recommend it...

View Beautiful

The location and view from this 9th floor condo was wonderful. The decor is very dated. Just needs some paint and maybe brighter rugs. Furniture was ok. Had everything we needed otherwise.

Great Gulf and Bay views

Great 2 bedroom with split bedroom/bath set up. Great views from all rooms. Noise once a week for 45 mins from generator which is tested every week. Good protected parking. Gulf beach right across street from parking lot, property sets on Bay with pier you can walk out on or fish. Suggest deck furniture needs replaced - rusting so bad on legs they do not set level. Lot of stuff in outside storage room not usuable. Elect grill works great and is a plus.
