We will come back here

This was our 2nd stay here, and we will come back again. Dog beach is just across the street. Pool at the condo was nice. There is no grill designated just for this condo though -there is a community one downstairs by the pool, so be mindful of that. Location for this property is great. You do have to take stairs to reach it, so FYI. Reserved parking for guests here was convenient. The bed is comfortable, but the sofa bed is not, so our kids slept on air mattresses. The location felt safe.

Doggie Beach Paradise

Very Clean& Nice ambience .Every thing you needed .Close to all the seafood delights.Doesn’t hurt to have the best beaches in the country .We would come back in a heartbeat.

Nice Location

Nice to be by the Ocean and the intercostal waters both within a short walk. Location also close to the main Pensacola Beach but far enough way to feel less crowded on the beach.

Great location and views!

Great location and proximity to beach! Dog friendly and right across dog beach. Loved that we could access both sides of the peninsula as well. Only suggestion would be to add an extra mattress pad on the bed because it could use a bit more comfort.

Excellent location for dogs. Right across the street from the dog beach. Great place to stay for peace and quiet yet close enough for a short drive to bars and restaurants. Will definitely book again

Wonderful location!

My husband and I made a quick trip down to Pensacola Beach to visit family. This location was perfect. It was very quiet and we had an enjoyable time. All the communications with the management team was spot on and have nothing negative to say about that whatsoever. While the unit itself could use with a little updating here and there, it was perfect for our needs. The bed was very comfortable and the outdoor deck was enjoyable. Views looking across to the bay and also the ocean. We will be back.

Pensacola Beach Trip

We booked a week vacation with our two small dogs. Location is directly across from dog beach West. The neighbors were nice, the staff responded fast if we needed anything! We look forward to returning for another beach trip

Perfect Dog-Friendly Location

Located across the street from Pensacola's West Dog Beach, we enjoyed taking our dogs there everyday. Like so many dog-lovers, if the dog can't go, we don't go. Would definitely stay here again.

Was the perfect place for me

I vacationed alone for the first time and 128 couldn’t have been more perfect. My only comment is the fridge could have been updated and/or at least the exterior be clean. But it was spic and span. Makes me want to move down there.

Awesome place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Fantastic location!

Property has a superb location, directly in front of pool, across the street from the dog beach, and backing up to the bay. Memory foam pull out couch worked great for our 11yo, and kitchen had everything we needed. Unit was clean and everything worked, and it had a nice balcony and deck. Plenty of options on the tv and good wifi. Only complaint was a rattling a/c vent, which made it hard to sleep in the matter at night. Was the only thing that prevented us giving a full 5 stars!

Perfect location

We love this area of Pensacola as it's a short walk to the bay and a short walk to the ocean. The condo is well equipped and has everything you need. The exterior of the whole building could use some maintenance and upkeep but it's a tough environment given the location. This is our second time here and we will definitely book here again.

Our 52nd Anniversary at the Beach

We truly enjoyed our stay at La Bahia 128 on Pensacola Beach. We stayed for a month in Pensacola for our 52nd anniversary. We got to go to the beach most days and walk in the surf, sit and watch the sunset and collect seashells. We have relatives in Pensacola, so got to catchup and visit for a while. We definitely plan to visit each year and stay on the beach or near the beach while there. The contact, Natalie was very helpful and always quickly accessible when we had a question. The property was walking distance to the beach and a very nice apartement. We will stay there again and contact Pensacola Beach Properties when we plan to visit.

LaBahia 128 during coldsnap

This stay was fine, but if you want feedback, I recommend you get the door fixed so people can get in and out without a challenge. The door knob is not gonna last very long the way that it currently exists. I also recommend getting a much smaller coffee table.

Great one bedroom pet friendly on bayside with gulf dog beach across the street

We overall enjoyed our time here, loved that we could bring our dog Rylee. Property outside is working on some updates. Our unit was cleaned well for the most part and we were satisfied. A few suggestions would be putting in a new shower head in the tub bathroom, very uneven flow of water. Kitchen was well stocked except could use more dishes (plates/bowls) thinking something microwave safe like Corelle or stoneware. The tv remotes didn’t work all the well, but made do. Heated pool would be nice. Would consider staying here again.

The place was under construction, had no siding, nails and random downspouts/gutters on the ground.

This was a huge disappointment. The location was great but It should not have been rented out at this time. The couch was.so dirty too, we had to put a blanket over it. There were no numbers on the doors so we weren’t even sure we were checking in the correct room. Scaffolding in our parking spot. Very frustrating to drive so far and then show up to a place in this condition.

Okay interior dated

Easy access to beach’s and on quite end of the island. Did not have a good experience with Pensacola properties. The exterior of unit was having decking replaced and all siding redone. Booked via VEBO and to know it is was Uber construction you had to open up details on booking to see *note. We did not look there left a day early as decking to walk out of unit was removed nails all over floors and had our dog. Talked to Pensacola reality who never called back. This was first of April so expect summer rental time it will all be nice.
