Saltbox 5D is a country townhome that gives guests that rustic elegance you expect out of a Vermont vacation home. The decor places you in the most relaxed environment possible. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are in a great open concept layout. The living room features a TV. Off the back of the home lies a large wooden deck which provides the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and take in the natural beauty of the Green Mountains that lie just off of the home’s grounds.

Saltbox 5D features three bedrooms in a split-level floorplan. The main floor consists of the well-equiped kitchen, half bath, dining and living area, deck access, and primary bedroom. The primary bedroom features a full en suite bath. The second bedroom has large windows that allow guests to wake up to Vermont’s natural beauty. The third bedroom provides more room to unwind. The entire home has air-conditioning throughout to keep you comfortable no matter the season.

Whatever time of year you decide to visit Vermont, you will enjoy Quechee’s spectacular views, convenience to recreational activities, and a comfortable feeling of luxury and seclusion. While offering the best of Vermont vacations, Quechee is convenient to Boston, New York, Albany, cultural and entertainment events, and nearby world-class health care (Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center).

The Quechee Club boasts two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland) in the summer which, in the winter, provide groomed Nordic skiing trails. In addition, Quechee offers tennis, paddle tennis, skiing, and an array of options for swimmers, hikers, and fishermen. The Club House has multiple dining options as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility with indoor and outdoor pools. These Quechee Club amenities require rental packages and are available upon request from the Quechee Club directly.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
