Denna lyxiga lägenhet vid stranden är en del av ett privat, gated komplex med ett underjordiskt säkert garage och 2 parkeringsplatser och hiss! Beach Club ligger på stranden, ingen upptagen gata eller strandpromenad som skiljer dig från stranden. Den har en egen uppvärmd dusch för att skölja från stranden, uppvärmd pool, jacuzzi-badtunna med massor av solstolar. Grillplats med flera gasgrillar och bord för att njuta av färsk fångst eller biff i den rymliga trädgården. Denna resort-gård är en livräddare för din semester! Även om vädret är bra i San Diego om en dag / eftermiddag blir sval / blåsig, kommer du att vara tacksam att du valde vår egendom !!!

Dessa lägenheter är en enhet på andra våningen som erbjuder en vacker direkt utsikt över havet, parken, piren och pittoreska Coronadoöarna. Rymmer upp till sex vuxna + 2 till 4 barn. Två sovrum två fulla bad båda med dusch och badkar. Getaway

The condo was beautiful and so well maintained and decorated. The ocean view was extraordinary, due to the floor to ceiling windows. Access to the beach and pool area was super easy. The pool was beautifully maintained. We would definitely stay again.

IB Vacation

My family of 5 (wife and I, plus two 15 year olds and a 14 year old) had a wonderful time at this beach front condo. We were celebrating a few milestones in our family. Me turning 50, twins about to turn 16, and an anniversary to boot. We are not wealthy world travelers, so this was a very special time/opportunity for us that didn't disappoint. The location is very conducive to many tourist attractions. Thursday-(arrival date) smooth check in and scoped out the lay of the land after going to Grocery Outlet for supplies. We strolled the pier and my son thoroughly enjoyed playing basketball on the beach side court with some locals while taking the time to watch the sun set over the Pacific. My daughters enjoyed the outdoors fitness area and volleyball on the beach.Friday-enjoyed a short jaunt over to Coronado. Hotel del Coronado's craftsmanship is awesome and the beaches there truly sparkle. Enjoyed New York style pizza from Luigi's in IB(San Diego location featured on Triple D).Saturday - toured the USS Midway and dined in the Gaslamp district before taking in a Padres game at the very cool Petco Park.Sunday - shopped Las Americas Premier OutletsMonday - SeaWorld Highlight of the trip, even over the excursions, was listening to/viewing the ocean waves crashing while enjoying morning coffee and evening wine on balcony Fell asleep at night on couch a few times listening to the waves break. Nothing better, imo anyways. Host were very accommodating. *Check ocean conditions

Excellent Condo with a great view

We should have stayed for a week or more. Far from the hustle and pretensions of the city and even little Coronado, Imperial Beach is quaint, had everything we needed within a mile, and we relaxed easily. The Beach is gorgeous, but not swimmable at the time. The po was cool and clear, and the hot tub was great for our aches & pains. We really enjoyed the full kitchen and large couch. Great water pressure in the shower!

We loved our stay at the condo ! The hosts were so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed . The neighborhood is cute with so many delicious restaurants in walking distance . The pics don’t do this Condo justice . It’s large and very nice with an amazing view.

Lovely stay

My 91yo mother and I came to celebrate my birthday, visit he sister and bury a dear friend so an emotional trip. The condo was perfect. Well furnished and equipped and very comfortable. Fabulous views. Convenient location. Lovely pool area. Would not have known parts of the building were under construction if I hadn’t been told - never heard a thing. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. I would stay here again - highly recommend.

Christmas getaway

We enjoyed returning to this property for Christmas and a birthday celebration. Beautiful location right on the beach. We loved the laid back vibe of Imperial Beach and the comfortable layout of this condo. Amazing beach and sunset views! Wonderful communication with the owners. We’ll be back!

Great location, walking distance to most everything. Perfect views of the ocean and pier, hot tub and pool were a great option when you wanted to stay close to your unit.

Beautiful View

My husband and I had a wonderful mini vacation over Thanksgiving break. The view from the balcony was absolutely wonderful. You can enjoy your cup of coffee while walking on the beach. You are just steps away. The condo is very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The owners are quick to respond with any questions. You will have a lovely time in this condo. We plan on visiting again.

Best Sister's Weekend

This property is awesome, very clean and set up nicely. My sisters and i stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed the San Diego area. We loved our place, visiting the pier every night, enjoying the hot tub every night and eating the local cusine. It was a perfect weekend. weekend

Amazing Stay- Perfect Location with Ocean Views

My sister and I stayed for almost a week- it was the perfect place! Two full bathrooms, a brand new, well-appointed kitchen, and plenty of space. The condo building is ON the beach- no road between the building and the ocean. The pictures don’t do the view or unit justice! It is within a complex so it is quieter than being on a street, but its walkable to all IB has to offer. The owners were extremely responsive.

Don’t look anywhere else!

We stayed here with our kids ages 17,17,15 and 9 for 5 nights and when we are back to SD we won’t look anywhere else. Regardless it was under construction outside, we had the best time. We travel for work with our business and staying in rentals about 7-8 months out of the year. This place is upscale, super clean, amazing location and super comfortable! Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions because the owners will do their absolute best to make sure you feel good while you stay at their property! So thank you again,we will be back for sure!

Baseball Families

We were two families that stayed for a baseball tournament. The location was close to everything; All fields we played on, Sea World, The Zoo, most important; Ocean Beach. The house was equipped with everything needed to accommodate two families. Hosts were EXTRA generous! We plan to come back next Summer, with or without baseball!

We had the most wonderful time. Our make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. From toothpaste to cooking utensils to beach chairs, and toys. Everything was there for us. The property was clean and beautiful and even better than the pictures. We definitely will be back

Coronado Getaway

The property was perfect for us. Very Nice Pool and Condo. Each Bedroom had its own bathroom which was awesome! Loved the easy beach access and Coronado was very close and easy to get to.

The visit was amazing!

Although our original listing was unavailable, we were given a very superior alternative which was very clean, modern, and with everything we could hope for. I highly recommend choosing Nataliya and Harold as hosts. The townhouse was spotless and conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. It was also an end unit with beautiful views of a wildlife sanctuary just outside the door with walking trails that went on for miles. A very enjoyable vacation!

Great condo

condo was clean and comfortable. owner was very responsive. The beach views were beautiful. It was what was advertised and helped make our visit great. It was disappointing that the ocean water quality is bad in this area. That is not the fault of the owner or a problem with the condo itself. We enjoyed great restaurants in the area. Area seemed safe on our walks, but we also appreciated the secure building the condo is in.

I fell in love with this property: View View View! open concept kitchen/living room. Resort style direct beach access private outdoor heated shower to rinse sand salt/sand off. Beautiful large center courtyard in complex for afternoon/evenings after beach. It offers the heated pool & Hot tub area plenty of lounge chairs, BBQ area with several gas grills and tables to enjoy your fresh catch or steak. Weather is usually great but this courtyard "Is Vital Insurance" a great backup in case a day is cool or windy on beach. This alone is a major benefit to staying here that should not be overlooked! It has served my family well over the years when we stay at the property.
