Built in 2018, this home offers a prime location and layout (including two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms) for a small group of friends or couples. The Boardwalk Marina and City Park & Beach are only a mile south, allowing you to launch a boat, fish, or swim with ease. Golfers will be glad to know that the illustrious Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course is three miles southeast. You'll also find Silverwood Theme Park 17 miles north and the slopes of Silver Mountain Resort 37 miles east.
