Vårt hem är den perfekta sjön, lövverk, smekmånad / romantisk, skidåkning, vår & fiske flykt! Fantastiskt 250-tals Lake Champlain-lyxhotell med fantastisk bad, båtliv, fiske, kajakpaddling, skidåkning och nära allt du vill komma ut och utforska från lövverk till äppleplockning, ciderframställning, Ben & Jerry's Factory turné och massor av bra festivaler , evenemang och bekvämligheter. Trägolv och kakel på första våningen och kakel och helt nya Berber på andra våningen. Privat däck utanför sovrummet med utsikt över Lake Champlain och Adirondack bergen med fantastiska solnedgångar nästan varje natt. Master bad med jacuzzi badkar med utsikt över sjön och bergen, 5 takfönster, gasinsats vedspis, alla nya apparater och anpassade körsbär skåp & granit räknare hela. Också en helt ny dubbel tillgång däck från första våningen grand rum och solrum med utsikt över Lake Champlain och Adirondacks. Fullt rekreationsrum med pool, bordtennis, glidhockey och dart! Vi har 3 kajaker, platt bottenfiske scanoe, helt ny paddla båt, floaties och privat brygga. Fantastiska bas / öring fishng precis utanför våra bryggor och fantastiska djupa vatten fiske charter också. Gäster tar 40 + fisk på 2 dagar strax utanför vår brygga! Should advertise how pet friendly they are.

We chose the place and and knew it said pet friendly but it seems like everyone who booked it had pets. My girlfriend is highly allergic to fur and pet hair and the couches were covered with pet hair and so was the whole house it was a great stay otherwise they should just advertise and warn about the pet hair

Great stay!

Barb was an absolutely lovely host, who was easy to get ahold of if need be. The property's views are absolutely incredible. You have everything you need to just have a relaxing vacation with your pup & spouse !

Fall weekend

Enjoyed this lake home with beautiful views of the mountains and lake from all rooms. Nicely stocked kitchen and very friendly and helpful host. We also enjoyed touring the local area!!

Wonderful location and comfortable house

The house is stocked with everything you could ever want or need and was very comfortable. Especially loved all of the kayaks and inner tubes. Great access to the water and beautiful views made for a peaceful stay.

A cozy place to get away

This house is perfect if you want to get away from it all and have peace and quiet in the country. We used the watercraft provided to spend many hours relaxing on the lake. Barb is an amazing host and was very responsive. We are looking forward to staying here again.

I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as welcoming and comfortable as our first.The hosts are incredibly helpful, accommodating and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.The house itself is spacious, well appointed and has everything you need to feel at home.Our dog enjoyed the large yard, as did we. We played cornhole, which is one of the many options as far as lawn games go. We loved spending time on the deck, grilling and enjoying the spectacular view. The sunsets were incredible.There are many birds that come to the bird feeder throughout the day and we were even lucky enough to see a bald eagle.We spent a lot of time fishing and my husband even caught a personal best (the bass was just shy of 6 lbs).We visited W.A.G.S. often (the local general store) which has just about anything you need. We also had ice cream at Goodies Snack Bar. (The Green Mountain Sundae was so delicious!) Champ's Trading Post was our third local stop where we bought all of our souvenirs (t-shirts, maple syrup, local jam, specialty soaps, Christmas ornaments and magnets). Everything was affordably priced and the selection was great. All three places are within a minute or two of the house which makes it so convenient.Our overall experience was excellent and the value/price of the rental is outstanding.I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation home.

A Little Bit of Heaven

The backyard alone is worth the trip. And then there is the upper deck. The lake is beautiful with layers of mountains framing the sight. And so QUIET! Lovely. The house is adorable and always comfortable with A/C and ceiling fans. And the hosts are the nicest folks you can meet.

The host was so friendly and gave us all the information we needed up front so we could prepare for the trip. Enjoyed our stay and the beautiful location!

The house and property were just as advertised and the views from both floors were non-stop beautiful. Our dog loved the lapping of the water right at the end of the hill. It would be even more fun in the summer, I'm sure. The ping pong and pool tables in the basement were a lot of fun on a dreary day. Thank you Barb!

Perfect escape

This is the ideal escape to the lake. The view is breathtaking from all rooms of the house. Especially loved the two decks! Bed is super comfortable. Barb is a gracious host. We explored a few towns and had delicious food. Highly recommend Mad Taco in Middlebury! We want to come back again amd just hang out in the decks all day!
