Downstairs, a comfortable den-style media room awaits with a 55-inch smart TV. It's the ideal locale to settle the kids down while the grown ups enjoy a later dinner upstairs. When it's time to retire for the night, two additional guest rooms include a Queen bedroom and a bunk room that. They both provide direct access to the back deck which includes the ever popular hot tub!

Included with your rental are six (6) guest cards providing access to the amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Each guest card allows access for one (1) guest over the age of 3. Daily/non-transferable fee for rental guest per person per day. Children under 3 are free.

2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. This home is located in an area with the potential for a very high snow load. A 4WD is highly recommended in winter months.
