Spacious Clean and Serene 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Townhome on North Padre Island located 5 min away from several sandy beaches 15 min away to Port Aransas and 20 min away from downtown Corpus Christi! You can enjoy a Day at the beach, the night stars and then relax in this beautiful property! There is also a BBQ grill in place for some great cooking....
The space
Enjoy a Fully Stocked Kitchen with a wonderful bar top island that seats 4 guests to enjoy breakfast. A spacious living room that leads to the outdoor Patio and BBQ Grill. The Dining Table seats 6 to 8 guests and there is also a comfy sofa near by. Downstairs is A King size bed with an attached bathroom Upstairs guests have full access to 2 bedrooms 1 with a Queen size bed with its own deck and 1 with 2 Double size beds and a shared Double vanity bathroom. Guests can also find 2 work desks one in the bedroom and one in the hallway which is accompanied by chairs for reading or relaxing! Quiet Area and Spacious Living

We enjoyed ourselves at Edith’s townhome. Every area was so spacious and clean. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Two things I feel could be improved on and this is only my personal thoughts. ~While I realize corpus water is awful, the shower heads need changing. The pressure was so light that I could not shower well. New heads and water softener would be ideal. ~With how many ppl this place accommodates, the living room seating was not ideal. There was one couch and a big dining table and bar stools. We wanted to watch movies and couldn’t bc we all couldn’t sit comfortably. Sitting in a dining chair isn’t ideal. We had to mostly separate into bedrooms to watch TV. That being shared, this is only my opinion and nothing that would cause my rating to drop. Just some friendly suggestions of betterment. Thank you!

Great location

It was a great location and place. Highly reccomend to anyone wanting to stay. Felt safe. We were on motorcycles and wished we could park them inside the garage heard that people were stealing motorcycles but overall neighborhood is safe and i cant complain. The only complaint i have is when people flush or use water upstairs we can hear it from the pipes and it loud. So I'm assuming the pipes are behind the bottom stairs bed. Would i stay at location next year if available i would.

4th of July Vacay

Including myself there was eight of us in my family. When it was time to leave none of us wanted to go...that is how comfortable we were there. Plenty of things to do...shop...eat out, and of course the main attraction, the beach. The home was set up perfectly to start. Beds were comfortable. Hot showers. We had a blast!!
