Our tastefully decorated and newly renovated garden level unit will provide everything you need for a welcoming and comfortable stay in Denver! Our well designed unit is perfect for solo travelers or couples. We are a leisurely walk (or a 2 min drive) to trendy Tennyson St close to restaurants, bars and shopping. Walk 2 mins to The Nosh, Dubbel Dutch and Goldspot Brewery for nights where you want to be a little closer. Regis University is just 2 blocks away for those traveling for the school!

Our newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath Garden Level Apartment is designed with style and comfort in mind. With touches such as a West Elm sofa and Fire TV's in each bedroom and the living room, you'll feel right at home in our chic and modern apartment. Our kitchenette is stocked with everything you'll need to cook simple meals (we provide a hot plate and toaster oven) as well a coffee station to ease in to your mornings tranquilly.
Outside:
Enjoy your own private back yard space, equipped with comfortable patio seating and a corn hole set for your entertainment. A 2 minute walk will get you to a near by brewery and restaurant for an easy night out in Denver. For those nights you feel exploring, a 10 minute walk gets you to the popular Tennyson Street with ample bars, restaurants and shopping!

Getting Around:
We recommend a car but there is a lot to do within walking distance, including The Noshery and the Goldspot Brewing Company.

Other Things to Note:
THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10pm. Please bring all noise inside after this time. This is a family neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

Please Note: This apartment is a Garden level unit with its own private backyard and private access. The owners live above on the main floor. You will be able to hear the footsteps above on the main level but we have provided noise machines to help those who are sensitive to noises. Every other Tuesday the owners have a scheduled service where they need to access the hose-bib/water-valve in the backyard on the guest side (they do NOT need to go inside for anything).

Pets are allowed and we charge a $75 non refundable pet accommodation fare during your stay. Please inquire about multiple pets or a multiple month stay.

We require an additional $500 deposit for local guests that book. Please inquire for details.

HEAT
You will not have access to these controls as they are located upstairs. The temperature will be kept at a comfortable level during your stay but please message if you need the heat adjusted. Space heaters and portable fans are in each bedroom closet.

SECURITY CAMERAS
The owners have a security camera by their private entrance only (not on guest side).

CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.

TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
