Construction & Parking Notice
Beginning August 11, 2025, Phase 2 of a structural repair project will begin and continue through September. Work will take place near the north end of Building D, close to this unit, and guests should expect construction noise and increased activity. The assigned parking space for Unit 1107 will be unavailable for the entire project. It will be fenced off with orange barriers and must not be used. Please note that the construction schedule may shift due to weather, contractor availability, or the scope of work. The nightly rate already reflects a discount for this disruption, and no additional discounts will be offered. Thank you for your understanding while these important repairs are completed.

This 2nd floor, three level, pet-friendly, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, villa boasts ocean views and room for the whole family. The main level features an open kitchen, marble floors, and updated bathrooms. Relax in the spacious living room with ample seating and enjoy meals at the 8-seat table. Start your mornings on the balcony with serene treetop views. The third and fourth bedrooms, one level below, offer a King bed and 2 Twins, each with TVs and closets and a full bath plus a tub/shower combo to share. Descend one more level to discover two additional bedrooms with King beds, large windows, TVs, and ensuite bathrooms featuring tub/shower combos. With a full size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen and free wifi, you'll enjoy all of the conveniences of home. This unit has one assigned parking spot in the covered carport and convenient elevator access to and from the villa. During the busy season, we kindly request that each group limits their number of vehicles to a maximum of two. This helps ensure that all guests have access to parking spaces and helps maintain a smooth parking experience for everyone.

Relax on the beach or by the ample Beach Walker outdoor pool, featuring a large deck and two oceanfront gazebos that boast amazing views. Guests also have access to bathrooms and the community grilling area.

This location offers everything you need for a care-free vacation—just park and unwind. Within the resort, explore parks, playgrounds, and amenities like free pickleball, basketball, and ping pong at Drummond Park. Reservations of 2–21 nights through 10/31/26 at this property include a $35/night credit for select gear. Orders placed after this cannot be delivered the next day, and same-day delivery is not available. Free delivery is included with purchases $30 over your credit; otherwise, a $10 delivery fee applies.
