Location was great! Space inside home was spacious! Clean house when we arrived! Communication with Lee was great! Only negative was the age of the unit. Too many things to mention but overlooked by us for the most part. House is for sale is probably why not much has been put into house to make it nicer but overall a great value for the money.

Beautiful view

Wonderful home for my family to stay in. Watching the sunrise and sunsets from the deck, and easy walk to the beach made our stay. Easy check-in/out process.

Vacation delight!

A wonderful stay at this beach cottage. A view of the ocean and a wonderful beach! Tge bonus was two turtles living in the yard.

Family enjoyed beach an stay

Kids came at different times had fun an enjoyable staying there. Had a power outage called an in 30 minutes Lee was there checking it out. Very Good stay.

Perfect beach house

The house has beautiful ocean views, plenty of room and everything you need. It’s in a great location with plenty of parking. I love property owners that allow dogs and this property is very dog friendly.

Lots of Space

My family and I really enjoyed our week at the beach. This house had plenty of space for everyone! Easy walk close to the beach. Lots of parking. Would definitely stay here again!

Beach vacation

Close to the beach, with easy access. Plenty of room for family. Interesting heritage on the house. Saw many of the island Gopher Tortoises.

Beautiful wedding weekend

My now husband and I stayed here with our bridal party the week of our wedding. Our friends and family LOVED it. We had an amazing relaxing week by the beach. I only wish there would have been room in the guestbook.

Great for family beach vacation week!

See, hear, and walk to the ocean! Plenty of beach toys for the kids, chairs for the adults. Plenty of room for kids to spread out inside. Kitchen has all the tools you need. Rustic inside and out...a big beach cottage for a terrific beach vacation.

Ocean view house

I really enjoyed the area. Great location, great view of the beach from the deck, great yard. House was well equipped for family time and dinners together. Beds mattresses were too soft and not very comfortable.

Host was responsive. House had good collection of dishes, silverware, and pots/pans/items for cooking. You do need to reserve bed linens and towels separately - host was good about reminding.Location is amazing. The house could use some love: the outdoor stairs and porch need repairs, the downstairs layout is a little convoluted, and the upstairs floors are very uneven, which can make you feel off-balance. Comfortable and accommodates many. Layout a little odd and it was once 2 units. Location fab - on the beach. Very close to clinch state park. A few minutes from town.

No frills beach house but you can't beat the price and location! Nothing between you and an ocean view (except some fun tortoises who love watermelon lol!!). Sleeps 13 comfortably. Would be hard to make a meal for 13 in the kitchen, but who want to cook on vacay anyway?! Host is very resposive and helpful. Highly recommended.
