It's Good

It's was good. The water is brown. Could been deep cleaned. Places like this need to be shampooes and stained sheets changed out. It was good stay though.

Perfect getaway

It was the little touches that made a difference. Loved the tea assortment and the breakfast option basket. Stayed two nights. Kitchen is small but well stocked. Loved the waffle maker. Beds were very comfortable. Owner was quick with responses to questions and needs. Would stay again.

Very comfortable

The property was easy to find in a nice, established neighborhood. It worked perfectly for the three adults and two kiddos. However, I would not recommend this property to anyone who has issues with stairs. All of the bedrooms are on the second floor of this condo. Rooms and beds were comfortable and stylish! Will use this property again!

Great for small family/group

We enjoyed our stay in this cute little townhome. While it may be small in size, it was stocked with more than you could possibly need. Was certainly better than paying to stay in a local hotel! All communication with the home owner went smoothly and replies were prompt. I would recommend this place to others traveling in small groups.

Lovely stay for family

I booked Tamra’s property for some family members that came into town for my baby shower and it was better than expected. Everything was very clean and organized. While it did not have an A/C unit, the swamp cooler provided plenty of coldness in the hot Utah summer. Tamra was very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Ski vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay in Ogden. The house was clean, with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Very nice having a garage with a door opener. This made it super easy to pack and unpack from our ski trips. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Along with a local gym called Iron House that my son loved. You can buy day passes for $5. Thank you for the hospitality.

Canceled Stay

Pros: The place was decorated like the pictures. The neighborhood wasn’t the best, however I didn’t feel unsafe. The host was prompt to respond. Cons: Swamp cooler vents dropped crud everywhere and didn’t cool the house well. There was an ongoing pest problem. The entire house smelled like fungus. There was food on both tables, both couches, and even in the garage when we arrived @ 8pm. The Host didn’t seem surprised the house was in the condition we described. Conclusion: The house has a lot of potential, but needs a lot of work. Host was willing to cancel and refund stay. Hope the host makes some needed changes. 0 out of 10 for us.

I am married and have five boys and nine grandchildren. I enjoy offering a good, clean, safe, and comfortable place for people while they're visiting Ogden, Utah.

I think ahead and include all the things that make our place unique and comfortable like extra bedding that's soft and fluffy, extra pillows and towels, and using dye- and scent-free laundry detergents for people with allergies.

We recently added room-darkening drapery in all the bedrooms and the living room as a way to keep the sun out (obviously), but also to keep the inside temperatures more consistent and comfortable.

If there is anything you feel we've left out, please let us know in a private message. Although we have stayed in the place and tried to think of anything and everything, we may not have thought of it all, so a gentle reminder would be great!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We are in a quiet neighborhood, off the beaten path. 1 mile to 12th St (Highway 39) and 1/4 mile to Wall Ave (Highway 89) so getting around is a breeze (although a car is recommended). 5 to 10 minutes to I-15!

Getting into and out of the neighborhood requires two turns until you get to the main streets, no matter which way you go. This helps to keep everyone's speed lower but makes traveling much easier than in most locations around the area.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We went out of our way to get comfortable mattresses for all the beds (they weren't cheap!), and soft linens. Speaking of mattresses, all of our beds use box springs plus a standard mattress so you can sleep well and wake up rested.

We use dye- and scent-free laundry products, plus all of our duvets and pillows are "alternative filled" which means no feathers. To the best of our knowledge, we haven't had any animals stay in our unit so we are perfect for people who may suffer from allergies!
