Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this quiet, comfortable and centrally-located home. Located within 1 mile of downtown Sevierville, Soaky Mtn Waterpark, Sevierville Events Center, Sevierville Golf Club, Shopping. 25 mi. to Neyland Stadium, 7 mi to Dollywood & Pigeon Forge, and some of the best fishing in the country. We really enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the welcome snacks and coffee. We enjoyed the proximity to the convention center. We would definitely return!

Perfect!

This house is one of the nicest rentals we have ever stayed at. Very clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us and our 2 dogs. Will definitely stay here again.

First class accommodation

Everything was perfect. The best thing about the property is the location. You’re close enough to Gatlinburg and close enough to getting out without fighting the traffic.Also, the house is beautiful and immaculate. Zero complaints.

Green Mountain Getaway

Great location, great house

We really enjoyed our stay at the homestead. Close enough to easily go see the sites, but not too close to feel overwhelmed by the bustle. Unlike other rentals, this house had everything needed to have an extended stay. Would definitely want to stay here again if we ever visit in the future. Thanks!

Weekend stay

Property was very clean and conveniently located. This place had lots of extras that the owners didn’t have to provide but was greatly appreciated. It was obvious the owners take pride in their property. We will definitely be back.

Excellent Place

This property is beautiful, cozy and close to everything we needed, it has a lot more amenities then most. Waters and snacks upon arrival and my kids loved the games in the kitchen. Smart TVs is all the rooms. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Girls Trip 2024

This home was amazing. So clean. Air freshener plug ins made the home smell so nice. Everything was as listed. Easy to get to. Far enough out it was peaceful but close enough to get to restaurants in minutes. Cell phone chargers in every bedroom was a plus. Snacks, coffee, shampoo, soap, and cleaning supplies provided. Outside sitting area was amazing. This home will not disappoint.

Week of Rest and Relaxation

Everything was as expected! Easy to get to and It was clean and well organized. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and our dog was very comfortable. Everything was fresh and polished and best we have experienced in the area. We had everything we needed and everywhere we wanted to go to was close by. Summer Vaca

My family and I have stayed in many different rentals in the area over the years and this house was by far the nicest, and well appointed rental property we have ever stayed at.The owners are great to work with and everything was as it is shown in the pictures. There were so many "little things" that they have thought of that make your stay easier and more enjoyable. Having the large dog kennel was a great idea and will save a lot of room when packing. Wireless cell phone chargers in the bed rooms and many other things make this rental a can't miss. My family and I had a great time and we will definitely rent this property again. Thank you for providing such a great vacation property.

Homestead away from home

This property was more than expected.It was very well kept and so spacious..We had everything provided as far as cleaning supplies. Complimentary sweets and coffee was also provided..There was a dog cage and bowls for pets..This was definitely a saver.The owner made it clear to call if anything went wrong or we needed anything..I give this Homestead a 10 out of 10. It is a must stay at least once.All want think as i do but without exaggeration; it is a great place..It's approximately 15-18 from the Parkway.So go ahead an beat me booking again..You want be disappointed.

Awesome property & hosts!

We initially rented this property as it checked several boxes for us in terms of location, size, layout/accessibility (1 level/ no steps) and being pet friendly. I must say that our expectations were exceeded by far! Not only did it check our boxes, once we entered, it just kept getting better! Things we loved: the overall cleanliness and comfortable furniture and beds, nice appliances and 5 big TVs that were easy to operate with lots of offerings, the Keurig Duo, welcome waters/snacks/coffee supplies, nice touches like wireless phone charging stations, makeup remover washcloths, and towel/long hair wraps. We also liked the fact that we could access the supplies to tidy up after ourselves as opposed to everything being locked in an owner's closet. These hosts have thought of everything and rolled out the red carpet for us! We'll definitely book here again! I've stayed at rental properties all over the US and these hosts are the tops in my book!
