Newly renovated two stories Mansion on half acre land, with exterior Accent stone, over size front and the back balconies ( front balcony can overlook to the , amazing lit up jungle style, waterfall pool and hot tub. ( Pool is kept warm by solar blanket by natural sun light, Hot Tub requires $100 extra utility fee per day to heat up, please request for it if you like to enjoy the heated hot tub ). Large down stair master bed room with large shower and bath tub. Modern Living room with large lit up bar. Every bedroom is furnished with modern hotel grade furniture, ceiling fans and TV. We are just outside of the upscale Summerline area , about 10 minutes drive to the north side of strip. There are private gated parking on the left side yard. the right side yard is paved for pickle ball, basket ball, sports activities. Please understand, Our license dose not allow events or parties in this property. However, Our company also owns several commercial event facilities which is located within walking distance to this house. All events can be hosted in the separate facilities with charges according to the event size, packages. You are welcome to inquire if you are interested in hosting a gathering or events in the adjacent facility while room and board in this property .Hope to see you soon. Have a beautiful day.

Fantastic Stay

Property is in a great location and loved all the amenities and space provided. The communication with the property manager and for support with any issues that came up with the property was top notch.

Great host!

The house accommodated our group and everything we needed! Rachel (our host) was so helpful and responsive. Lots of parking and nice neighbourhood. We had a wonderful time in LV and are looking forward to coming back to this property again in the future.

Good time with friends

The property is as shown in the photos. This property was great for us as we had plenty of space and beds for our group. Good Host and always quick in response. Close to plenty of food and stores. Would stay again!!

Amazing Property

Fabulous property with all the amenities to feel at home on a vacation. The owner was easy to get in contact with any questions. The property itself was much larger then it appears in the photos and just gorgeous. I had an extremely fun time and will definitely be considering this property again for any future Las Vegas trips.

Vegas Reunion

Overall great place to stay with a group as it's not far from Old Vegas or the strip, especially if you want privacy. Some of the pictures seemed outdated as there was no water slide to the pool.

Unique and Fun Space

I wouldn’t say that it’s a great place for family, the home isn’t setup ideally for that. We stayed as a group of friends and had a great time. The location is great. We toured all around Vegas and never felt far from home. The house was clean, but it had a lot of clutter from previous events, and a very unique aesthetic — a lot of glitter. All in all, we had a great time and the owner was super responsive. They even allowed for one of our guests who had a late plane flight to stay at the house many hours past check out.
