PERFECT ENTERTAINMENT PAD

A group of us stayed here for a VEGAS getaway during MARCH MADNESS and had a blast. Property was clean, modern and has a perfect HUGE backyard for entertaining. LOVED that all 8 of us could stay here together vs being spread all over Vegas at overpriced hotels. Being together is what made the trip. House was plenty big we never felt cramped. You save a lot when you stay at a host not to mention we cooked breakfasts and lunches. It was a good time. Close enough to the strip that even with Ubers factored in you still save a ton of money. If you're looking for a modern house with a epic backyard you've found it. Would definitely stay again.

Nice home for a small group

Beautiful home and excellent communication with the property management. The home was perfect for what we needed. Spent lots of time in the pool and hot tub. Great time in Las Vegas!

Comfortable and Clean

Everything was great about the property except the hot water situation. For 8 occupants, we found the arrangement short of expectation. This is the only reason for 4 star instead of 5 star.

Fun and open space for two families!

This was a welcomed getaway for two families. We enjoyed the pool and volleyball court. The open space was great to keep everyone together, yet involved in many different things! The washing/laundry machine was not working properly and we tried to reach management, but did not get a response. As well, the mattresses were a little noisy, with creaks and squeaks, like a plastic sound. Other than that, everything was great. The location is great! All in all it was a great stay.

Clean and beautiful property

I would definitely recommend staying at this property if you are ever visiting Las Vegas. House was clean and spacious with beautiful back yard. Owner was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to all questions. Will be booking again for my next Vegas trip!!!

Ultimate Stay

This house was absolutely amazing, from the start Anthony the owner was so helpful and he responded to us very fast every time. This house is built for having an absolutely fun and enjoyable stay, we were 4 couples and stayed for 3 nights, we all loved the house and had the most fun. Already recommended it with many friends and families and will definitely stay at the place again.

Lucky!

After staying in this property, the word that comes to mind is LUCKY! I've been lucky to have rented some wonderful vacation homes over the past 6 years and this property made me feel LUCKIEST! The space is beautifully appointed and the backyard is, as we used to say in the '90s, "THE BOMB"! We couldn't have enjoyed ourselves anymore than we did being in this house. Everything about the house is first class, from the furnishings to the service. I believe in customer service and the response time was instantaneous as well as extremely courteous. I definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to have a nice, relaxing vacation stay! I look forward to renting the property again in the future!

Spacious, clean, and comfortable

We had a group of 8 staying there and were quite comfortable. Beds and amenities were great. Pool was a bit too brisk to swim in during our stay (mid-Sept). We did have to make a run to get trash bags since only one was provided, and also to get propane for the grill. Just FYI on those items which didn't really impact our time or enjoyment of the property. Big dinning table handled 8 easily. Cost about $15-$20 for a Lyft to the strip depending on where you are going. The host and management were very responsive when contacted. Neighborhood was quiet, lots of parking, new appliances, very clean. I can recommend staying there.
