Check in code did not work when we arrived. Finally got ahold of VACASA and they stated VRBO gave us the wrong code. When we finally were able to enter the property we found none of the doors to the elevator on any floor would open. That was horrible since we had a handicapped person with us and doing 4 flights of stairs was not possible. Took over 24 hours from check in to get the elevator fixed. The fridge in the lowest level "game room" had fish left in it from I'm assuming the previous guests and the whole bottom floor smelled horrible. The Keurig coffee machine does not work so that should be removed from the listing. The location and access to the beach is wonderful and other than the extra fridge downstairs not being cleaned the rest of the home was very clean. Not sure we would use this specific company again due to how long it took to get ahold of them and have the couple issues fixed.
