Thank you for considering this amazing, dog-friendly retreat for your vacation. This is new construction and is ready to provide guests with the best home base for a memorable stay. The first floor of this captivating retreat hosts three private bedrooms and two full bathrooms - all three bedrooms have TVs and the primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a private balcony with partial beach views. The second floor features the same configuration as the first floor - three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and one balcony. The third level offers a spacious open floor plan with two decks and incredible views! Prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, which is complete with modern stainless steel appliances and a center island seating eight. The nearby dining table seats eight as well, making it easier for families to dine together. The inviting living area provides a cozy and light-flooded spot to unwind, watch TV, and even take a nap.

The hot tub has been winterized and will not be put back in service until April 1st.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Check in code did not work when we arrived. Finally got ahold of VACASA and they stated VRBO gave us the wrong code. When we finally were able to enter the property we found none of the doors to the elevator on any floor would open. That was horrible since we had a handicapped person with us and doing 4 flights of stairs was not possible. Took over 24 hours from check in to get the elevator fixed. The fridge in the lowest level "game room" had fish left in it from I'm assuming the previous guests and the whole bottom floor smelled horrible. The Keurig coffee machine does not work so that should be removed from the listing. The location and access to the beach is wonderful and other than the extra fridge downstairs not being cleaned the rest of the home was very clean. Not sure we would use this specific company again due to how long it took to get ahold of them and have the couple issues fixed.

Great stay!

This house is a great choice for large groups. We were 11 people and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen is very well stocked. We were all very impressed with the 3 AC units controlling the floors independently. And they all worked so well. Note - the beds listed as queens are actually doubles, as another reviewer pointed out. And although parking is listed as 2, we fit 3 with no problems. Even though the house sits back, the view is still nice and the walk to the beach path is quick. Although you’re next to the pier, we had no issues with noise and the beach was not at all crowded on our side. The restaurant at the pier has really good food too. Beware - LOTS of stairs. There is an elevator, but like most residential elevators, it’s very slow. We were all grateful for it during loading and unloading though. We left a lot of beach toys for future guests to use. Hope you all enjoy it as much as we did!!

Soak up the Sun

We had a wonderful beach week with the whole family. The house accommodated all of us comfortably. The only complaint we had is that there are no queen beds as advertised. They were all full size.

Wonderful stay!

I highly recommend this house to anyone. Plenty of room with privacy. Also, close to many shopping attractions. The walk to the beach was very private with a short walking distance.

Family vacay

The location is amazing. What a wonderful place to bring your family. Restaurants are nearby. The beach was gorgeous. The beds are comfortable. The house is roomy. Would recommend!

Perfect for our group of 12

This house was wonderful. It is very modern and clean as well as having just a short walk to the beach. The area does get a little crowded on weekends by the pier, but it was very open during the weekdays.

Tidewater appliances summer break.

I wish I could do fractions of a star, because I would give this place 4.9 stars. The location is awesome, very short walk to the beach. Nice views. The house was very clean. Very spacious. The garage was a nice addition, a few members of our group spent a lot of time in there. The only problems we had were that check in was delayed by the cleaning crew. One of our group seemed to have allergies because of some mold we found by an ac vent on the fourth floor. And the pier has a dumpster very close to the house, however we only smelled it one day. Spent 8 days there. 6 different families and we never felt cramped. I would come back.

Beautiful duplex steps from the beach

Lovely new home in row b ocean view in north Topssil. The beach is across the parking area and private and serene. The home is beautiful with two master suites snd plenty of rooms for a family trip. The top floor kitchen and living area is comfortable and allows sunrise and sunset views from the balconies.
