Välkommen till vårt vackra strandparadis. Pelican Isle Resort, Unit 414 erbjuder en direkt, fjärde våningen utsikt över Floridas magnifika Emerald Coast. Denna strand, 1 sovrum enhet kommer att sova upp till 6. Den rymliga planlösningen är perfekt för en vecka hemifrån, med plats för varje familjemedlem. Kungen sovrummet har ett privat badrum, tv, med dvd-spelare. Anpassade hall våningssängar är perfekta för vuxna eller barn, och det finns plats för 2 på vardagsrummet bäddsoffa. Ett andra badrum och en privat tvättmaskin och torktumlare gör det till den perfekta platsen.

Det fulla köket är fullt utrustat, och det finns en egen balkong med bord och stolar för en avkopplande utsikt i vinden. Unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. Updated kitchen and nice bathrooms. Balcony seating included high table and chairs and comfy adirondacks great for relaxing with a perfect view of the gulf. Would definitely stay here again.

Decorated nicely. Original, single pane patio door needed two hands to drag open and close. Glass would bead up with water and couldn’t see out in morning. Strongly urge owner to invest in new, double pane door with wheels that work more smoothly. Kitchen was very accommodating, and we cooked three dinners there during our seven day stay.

July vacation

It was a really good property for myself and family. The location was good for us being towards the end of ft Walton meant not as many people at the beach. Really the only complaint I have is there was still trash from previous renters under the recliner and couch. We only know because my daughter lost a toy under there and we had to get down and look. For the most part, it was perfect. We would definitely consider this property in the future!

Fantastic Five Stars!

This condo was perfect for my husband and I! The private balcony is amazing. The bed is so comfortable. Best of all, the chairs and umbrella come with the unit during your stay!Our condo was ready when we arrived. The code was sent to our email in a very timely manner. I would rate this a five star unit!

Family friendly

Convenient location- we had some rain during our stay on/off and loved being right on the beach so we could come and go easily. The shower curtain was a little moldy, but honestly that was our only complaint!Primary bedroom bed was very comfortable and my kids loved their bunk beds!

Fantastic location. Picked the perfect time. Could have used a crockpot but wasn’t a biggie. Really enjoyed the full size washer and dryer instead of a compact one! Until next time!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was great, parking was ample, the beach was so close and so beautiful, communication with the property manager was excellent- they even shipped us one of our wallets we unfortunately left behind! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Pelican Isle as always. We love the property. Love the location and the ease of getting in and out. The beach is always beautiful and relaxing. The unit could use a few updates but we always feel at home here. Looking forward to our next stay.

A beautiful view of God's handiwork every day

I have to start by saying this was the hottest time we've ever stayed in Florida, and we walked into the condo wich is beautifully decorated, with comfortable seating all around, and the airconditioning was "down" we were worried about if and when we get it fixed, we called the number given to us in the packet, and the very next morning, it was fixed!! how awesome is that"? then, when the owner found out that the fix may be temporary, another peron came to check the unit telling us the owner was going to replace it of course the temporary fix was great for us, but for the owner to not want it to break down again, especially this late in the season, said alot about pride of ownership. Everything was so easy to do if you just print your packet they email you, we had no issues whatsoever, just the most relaxing vacation ever!!

Pleased, with some reservations

We were satisfied with the condo and its location. It was fairly well stocked and clean. The king mattress was not very comfortable and the layout of the entire condo was not ideal (prefer the bedroom on the ocean side). Overall, it was an average place to stay.

Great little place

We had a great vacation. Great beach quality, traffic isn't as bad as Destin, kids made some friends. Wish the pool was bigger but I see why they made it small and the ocean is big enough for the both of them. Shout out to the guy that sets up beach chairs!
