Three, two, one… open your eyes to your dream destination vacation! This completely remodeled estate is perfectly nestled into the corner of its community allowing vacationers the opportunity to enjoy a private resort styled refuge all to themselves. Less than 10 minutes from every major attraction in the Palm Springs proper area, this designer home is the perfect place to enjoy the company of friends and family or simply get away from it all. - We have one camera at our front door and another above the garage door overlooking the driveway. We also have one last camera located in the backyard overlooking our pool and spa.All devices are recording 24 hours a day 7 days a week ONLY for liability purposes. No devices are located inside the home.

Great house for a guys weekend trip

Loved the vibe of the house. All the rooms looked great. So many places to just hang out and chill by the pool. Super clean and well organized.

Spring Break 2025

Really great place to get away with my kids- so many fun things to do at the Emerald… found some gorgeous hiking trails nearby and the Air & Space Museum just 6 minutes from the house. Loved our trip!

This house was the perfect Palm Springs Experience

This house was definitely the ultimate Palm Springs experience! We had guests visiting from NY and we wanted to give them the ultimate Palm Springs stay… and this property was it! The house was fully equipped with all the essentials and more! The property was very well kept and very clean! The owner Puya, was very communicative and helpful when we had questions regarding booking and dining recommendations. I will definitely recommend this house to anyone and I will definitely book it for future stays.

Spring break getaway

My family of 4 stayed here along with my brothers family of 3 for spring break. The backyard was AMAZING 🤩 - The pool and hot tub were heated as we had requested and plenty of fun outdoor games and areas to relax for everyone (for those looking for shade and for sun) ☀️ The house was stocked with all the supplies we needed, comfy beds, and the teen girls LOVED the vanity area :) Puya checked on us during our stay and was extremely responsive to all questions and requests. All the kids vote to return for spring break next year!

Great backyard and property owner!

We enjoyed our stay and especially our communication with the property owner Puya who was so helpful! Do not hesitate to reach out if you have questions for him, and know that Palm Springs is a tricky city to rent in due to all of the city rules. He was really great to work with - be careful to rent from a nice property owner! The backyard of this property is beautiful with a bunch of fun things to do and different spaces to hang out in, and everyone loved the decor. The weather was beautiful for Thanksgiving!

Pool area was amazingNothing else wasOwner took awhile to get back to me.House not very cleanTowels still in dryer, no hand soap in containers, nothing to clean kitchen counters withNo garbage bags for garbage ( had to hunt down in a pile of stuff in the garage)Random stuff in closets, no dressers for clothes.I was told house rules were emailed to me they were unable to access. Ask for the pool to be heated but tolD it would be 150 more than what was quoted in the house book. I had to pay 400 to heat the pool from Monday night till Thursday night. Left Friday morning but the pool was already cold.

Cutest house, great host

Loved the home, it was everything we hoped it would be as far as how it was represented online. Previous renters caused damage to home which caused a delayed checkin however the host communicated this with me a few hours before checkin. The water in the showers is weird and not a single one of us could figure it out so showers were not enjoyable. I would reccomend some sort of instruction. Overall the house was very clean, the host had items delivered that made the experience more enjoyable and generally was super responsive. House was about 10 min from wherever we wanted to go so was generally a good location. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice , clean house and fun stay!

Nice and clean inside the house , a little worn on the outside pool area. The lights outside pool area were not working properly, the plastic chairs in the pool were old. The cute neon sign inside was not working and needed to be fixed. The kitchen was lacking just regular cooking skillets etc. We were told we could not have ANY outdoor music at all during the day during pool time , not even mellow music which is absurd. That it was a 500 fine if the police would come to the door. The neighborhood was a ghost town. No one was there because it was right in the middle of July. We were told too many cars were parked in the driveway we were told to park on another street and Not the street we were on. At that time I knew we were being watched which was very uncomfortable for all the girls. We all still had a great time but just felt micro-managed.

Great property & Awesome accomdations

The process was very smooth the house was clean and in Perfect shape when we got there & the owner was ver accommodating us. The Pool and jacuzzi was great ! Over all will definitely book it again.
