Nyligen renoverade Retreat med 4 sovrum! Detta hem ligger i den lugna gemenskapen Tahquitz River Estates i South Palm Springs och är bekvämt för allt!

Fantastisk utsikt över bergen från detta 2400 kvadratmeter enkla nivå hem. Huset har en modern look inuti med fantastiska, bekväma möbler och konstverk. Det nya, fullt utrustade köket har en bar med fyra barstolar. Köket öppnar också till en avslappnad matplats och ett familjerum med platt-TV. Matsalen, precis utanför köket, innehåller en full våt bar och ett vinkyl. Strax utanför matsalen finns vardagsrummet, som inkluderar en stor lädersektionssoffa för gott om sittplatser och en platt-TV med kabel- och showtime, DVD-spelare och en Bluetooth Soundbar. Mellan vardagsrummet och matsalen sitter en gasspis för de svalare mysiga ökenkvällarna. Detta är ett perfekt hem för familjesammanträden, underhållande eller bara en lugn stund hemifrån!

Det finns två master sviter, alla har en king size-säng, platt-TV och ett badrum. Båda master sviterna öppnar ut mot en stor täckt privat uteplats på baksidan av fastigheten. Det finns två andra sovrum, vardera med en dubbelsäng. Ett av dessa sovrum öppnar direkt ut till poolområdet via en skjutbar glasdörr.

Poolen och upphöjd badtunna ligger på framsidan av denna fastighet och har fantastisk utsikt över bergen! Poolen har nyligen renoverats för att inkludera en teknik i småsten och glasplattor. Poolen har också nyligen konverterats till en saltvattenpool.

Runt poolen finns sex schäslonger, tre parasoller och ett uteplats med plats för fyra. Dessutom ligger bredvid poolen och inte långt från köket den stora naturgasgrillen.

Det finns en stor täckt uteplats på baksidan av fastigheten i en mycket privat miljö. I detta område ingår en liten rottingsoffa, matchande stolar och två solstolar för din lugna njutning. Dessutom finns det ett stort uteplats med plats för sex, precis utanför matsalen för din utomhus middag njutning!

Vårt hem sover 8 i de fyra bäddarna. Dessutom har vi en luftmadrass i queen size-storlek.

Spring break getaway

Friends getaway

The property was fabulous! A real hidden gem. You would not know you were in a neighborhood. The home was beautifully decorated. Lots of places to sit and enjoy being together. We will absolutely return.

Great Stay!

We had an amazing time at Chris’s place in Palm Springs! The house was perfect for our group of 7. Close enough to everything we needed. The kitchen was perfect for us to take turns cooking dinner and we spent a lot of time hanging by the beautiful pool and spa area. We would definitely book again!

Perfect vacation home.

All that’s missing are the people. The house is clean and well laid out and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Large seating areas inside and out to socialize and plenty of privacy spots as well. The beautiful pool and spa are the biggest draw. I highly recommend this wonderful vacation home.

Amazing property!

We had a girls trip at this house and it was absolutely perfect! One of the best rental properties I have ever stayed in. The host was very responsive and quickly answered our questions. The house is laid out very well and is beautiful, in a great location as well. Would highly recommend this rental!!

Close to Downtown! Great Location!

Five stars is not enough to say how much we enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. We are looking forward to a return visit soon.

Great House for a Family Holiday

The house was perfect for our family get-together. The manager, Chris, was available every time we needed him. The house and kitchen were better equipped than any other rental property we have experienced. Would definitely recommend Chris and this property and would love to return in the future.

Desert Oasis

Amazing weekend getaway. From the moment I booked till the end, I had a pleasant experience. Everyone enjoyed the home and its amenities, from my 3 y/o to the grandparents (and in between). Communication with host Chris and manager was seamless. Clean and well maintained home. Location is perfect. Pool was a 2 thumbs up.

Perfect!

Amazing property and stay! We loved everything about this home, from the many seating areas inside and out, to the well equipped kitchen. We ate several meals outdoors and were thankful to have the extra plates and cups marked for outside use. This home has a perfect layout to hang out as a family or take a quiet afternoon nap away from the noise. The property is also in a great location, we went on a few walks to the local coffee place and many other things were a short drive away (too hot to walk lol). Nice quiet neighborhood. So many well thought out details and touches that were much appreciated!

Great House, Great Location

This house was perfect for our family vacation. There were 7 adults and everyone had a comfortable bedroom. This house is the most well appointed VRBO I've ever stayed in. The kitchen has all of the necessities, plus a whole lot more. There is even a crock pot and an electric skillet. We cooked several meals at home and there were plenty of plates, glasses, flatware, placemats and cloth napkins. The common areas were very nice with plenty of room for everyone to hang out. The pool and hot tub were heated to the perfect temp. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect family home

Our family enjoyed our stay. The 6 of us range in age from 92 to 8 and we were all accommodated. The layout is great and the bathrooms are nicely upgraded. Everyone had enough space and yet there are multiple places to gather and eat. It was a very hot week, so we weren’t able to enjoy the outside as much as we would have liked, but in the better weather the outdoor areas are perfect for family dining, swimming, lounging. We had a small problem which the host handled promptly. My only concern was that requested chores to get ready to check out were a little overwhelming with 3 children and a 92 year old. We didn’t want to spend our last morning doing chores. However, overall, a nice home and a great stay. Thank you

Clean and well maintained

Our 3 night stay was very pleasant and peaceful at this home. Well stocked kitchen and nice pool/jacuzzi. Plenty of towels/ pool accessories and clean. No complaints.

We live and work in San Diego, but enjoy coming out to Palm Springs for long weekends of fun, sun, and relaxation!

Varför värden valde detta boende

This property caught our interest due to its excellent location and size of the home. We are very close to downtown and can walk to restaurants and shops. The views of the mountains are incredible from this property. Additionally, this area of Palm Springs is one of the least windy areas to be in when the wind is blowing! The size of the property allows for large families and/or groups of friends to enjoy some time here in the desert.

This home is within walking distance to downtown (approx 1 mile) and only a couple of blocks from Palm Canyon Drive where there are some shops and restaurants.

As you can read from our reviews, this home is spacious and allows families & groups of up to 8 to enjoy the house, pool area, and back private patio area without feeling cramped like some homes do.
