Naut today is a very special place for many. A time to relax and reunite with friends and loved ones and create endless memories. Our mission here is to create an atmosphere that inspires memories. Our home offers four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, a shared pool, boat parking and a boardwalk to the beach,

The living room has space for everyone to do their own thing and mingle at the same time. Whether sitting at the dining table or lounging on the sofa watching a game on the large TV and having appetizers, this room has it all. This room comfortably accommodates a large family and provides a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional accommodations.

Enjoy the primary bedroom with a king-size bed, located on the second floor with a private en-suite and a private entrance to the patio. There are three bedrooms located on the second floor. The first guest bedroom offers a plush queen-size bed with a Smart TV. The bunk bedroom offers a bunk bed with a flat-screen TV and plenty of space to hang out after a fun-filled day at the beach. Located on the first floor is a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom.

The outdoor area is perfect for barbecuing and gathering. Take a moment to cook your fresh catch of the day on the gas grill. Beautiful house and location

Very nice house with ample space for 11… lots of stairs as it’s 3 floors but there is an elevator (nice to have). The location has easy access to the beach for relaxing and fishing. Bring bug spray (ants/mosquitos) and you will be okay. Enjoy!!!

Naut Today - Great Home

Great space! Loved the large patios facing the Gulf and great family space. House sleeps at least 11 and more living seating is needed - (seating only 5 if 3 are willing to sit on a small couch). Nice private bedrooms, large tables for eating inside and out; great outside grill and kitchen; has small elevator and large garage with an ice machine. Would recommend cleaner be sure all rooms are clean -- downstairs bathroom appeared to be untouched.

very nice house, but very dirty!!

the house is new, but the beds were dirty, the sheets had sand and dog hair. the floor was also dirty, there was dried blood on the garage floor, the porch furniture was full of dog hair, you need to pay more attention to cleanliness

Bugs everywhere and not so great communication

We were very excited to stay in this new house. We've stayed in the neighborhood before and enjoyed our time. But unfortunately this house was a let down. The kitchen was on the 3rd floor and the elevator did not work during our 5 days stay. Which was extremely exhausting carting all of our stuff up and down. We are all in better than okay shape and could tolerate it but even after contacting silver sands multiple times about the elevator... No one fixed it. The floor was pretty dirty upon arrival but the worst of all was the bugs... And when I say bugs I don't mean a few here and there. I mean TONS. Coming out of all the drains, in the sinks, flying everywhere while we are cooking, ants, spiders, beetles and I killed 2 scorpions. We also told silver sands about this and to our knowledge, nothing was done about it. It's very unfortunate and we do hope these problems are fixed because the house is absolutely gorgeous and in such a great location. I've never left a bad review but this experience was not worth the price we paid. Stunning house though.
