Cape Cod Cottage is a freshly renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom home in the heart of Port A. Close to restaurants, shopping, entertaining and the beach, this is the perfect spot for your next vacation home! Perhaps best of all, there is a private pool for you and your guests to enjoy!
The living spaces were decorated in soothing coastal shades reminiscent of Cape Cod cottages. The kitchen is outfitted with quartz countertops and high-end appliances. It includes everything youâll need to create culinary masterpieces for your family. Through French doors, youâll find yourself in a comfortable living room with cozy furniture, a flat-screen TV and a fireplace to enjoy. The dining table seats four guests. Feel free to pack light as thereâs a washer and dryer for your use while youâre here! Step onto the front porch and rock in the rocking chairs as you feel yourself relaxing!
The primary suite has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also boasts a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is a bunk room with twin-size bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom. For your comfort and convenience, there are cozy bathrobes for you and your guests.
The backyard has a nice in-ground swimming pool and a fire pit. There are even a set of bikes to pedal around the island. Easily walk right over to Beach Street and many of the islandâs finest restaurants will be found right there from seafood to Mexican, barbecue to Cajun!
