Cozy Condo Overlooking the Beach

This was a very cozy condo on the top floor overlooking the beach with spectacular views of sunrises over the beach. The host was very responsive to our needs and requests. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Beach location!!

The condo was clean, well designed, and equipped with everything we could have needed. Location could not be more convenient -- right on the beach and easy drive to Flagler Ave and downtown stores and restaurants. We will consider staying there again next time we travel to New Smyrna Beach!

What could be better than waking up and seeing the sun rise over the sea? The views were amazing. The condo was beautifully decorated, and Linda was an amazing host. Nothing was too much trouble! Would recommend 100%

Beautiful turtle themed condo

The condo was so cutely decorated with turtles. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and gorgeous sunrises. Clean condo with hot showers. Very comfortable and convenient to restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again.

Our stay in New Smyrna Beach

The condo was exactly as pictured, beautiful views and everything we needed for a remarkable stay. We greatly appreciated, the thoughtful extras, beach chairs etc. We loved our short walk to Flagler Ave, and not having to worry about parking.

Better Than Described!

Linda’s Ocean Front unit was perfectly situated for a very relaxing and enjoyable week at NSB. The top floor unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The building staff were friendly and helpful. The short walk to Flagler St couldn’t have been better — just far enough away but there when we wanted it. I highly recommend this unit to anyone that wants amazing ocean views, relaxation and comfort. We will be back!!!

Perfect New Smyrna Beach Location

My wife and I stayed early October for long a weekend, the weather was great. The beach was right out of the balcony… great views! Two nice pools to just relax by. Easy walk to Flagler Ave for restaurants, bars, and shopping. The unit is clean and perfect for a couples beach vacation.

It is always fun to walk Flagler Avenue. The bars on this strip may have entertainment at any time of the day. There are several restaurant choices and unusual gift shops. At various times throughout the year there could be parades or wine walks. A short ride will take you to Canal Street with more of the above!

The Sea Turtle Penthouse has such an amazing view! The balcony is private and spans the length of the living area and bedroom. The condo has been newly renovated with a King size bed and an open up couch. Nothing is missing in the well appointed kitchen. Two pools and the resorts' private beach are available for your enjoyment!
