Location, Location, Location. Beautiful modern condo in walking distance to shops at Grand Boulevard!

This beautiful , clean, and fully stocked 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, 3rd floor condo comes with free access to a gym and pool. This is a 3 story walk up and the building has no elevators. Accommodates 7 people and comes with an adjustable crib.

Less than 10 minute drive to public beach access and Baytowne Warf.

You wont find a more convenient area. Grocery stores, shops, movie theater and countless restaurants are all within walking distance.
The space
This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 7.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it and his/hers closets. The guest bedroom has 1 full size bed and 1 twin bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 7 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.

Free access to onsite gym and pool.

Enjoy a 55" smart tv in the living room, 42" smart tv in the master bedroom, desk, lighting speed WiFi to stream your favorite shows or work.

Not as advertised.

We got there at night, it’s an apartment complex first of all, dirty place outside, no elevator, did not feel safe and we left, so never stayed there and they didn’t want to give any kind of refund.

Condo adjustments

The only things that could use some attention would be the dishwasher needs sat back into place properly so it doesn't move. The big window on the doors needs covering! Some people are more private than others and having been able to close that window with curtains would have been nice! Air flow could be improved with ceiling fans and all working light switches.
