This fun two-story family style home provides a spacious living room with a large sectional seating (also converts into a sofa-bed) for all guest with a large TV. Adjacent is a large kitchen with all updated appliances and gathering island. A large dining table will accommodate six guests. While cooking dinner, have fun in the game room with various amenities. In the one-car garage you can find the washer, dryer, and other cleaning tools. This will lead you to an outdoor area with lounge seating’s, picnic table, and BBQ. Make your upstairs finding the first room to be a tropical vibe that is Florida (queen size bed). The second room takes you to the coastal side of Tampa Bay with two twin beds. A shared bathroom is across the hall. Finally, the master bedroom is a subtle and calming space with a king size bed and a private restroom with a stand-up shower.

Innings festival and Disc Golf

We came for a festival. The vrbo site seems to be 20-30 min from all the fun even with the fluxes in traffic. Property was secure. The neighborhood is older but the house is newly renovated. Had all the items needed for an easy to maintain stay. Enjoyed the security and amenities of this rental. Two thumbs up. 2 families of 4 stayed and was comfortable.

Just Perfect!

Our stay was perfect in every way. The house was immaculate and the property manager surprised us with a lovely welcome basket and note. We so enjoyed all of the amenities of the house. (Pool table and ping pong table). Everything was just perfect! We had a great and we look forward to staying here again! 😊

My stay was great no complaints

From check in to checkout my host ray was instrumental in making my guests and i transition as smooth as possible all information was given in a timely manner for check in as well as a list of all nearby attractions and how far away they were Also WiFi and everything else we needed from towels to tooth brushes all we had to bring was our clothes everything else was provided even a welcome basket to top it all off also the activities tvs in every room and pool table and ping pong made our trip pretty exciting lastly this place and the host made our trip smooth and a lot of fun also this place is in a great location neighborhood is quiet and welcoming and it’s close to every thing you need thanks again ray for being a fantastic host
