Extremely impressed but with concern
We really enjoyed the stay. The staff was great and the facility was great with constant cleaning and maintenance.
However the owner of the building arrived on site and was staying in one of the units. While we were relaxing on the chairs near the beach, we heard the owner berating an employee(s) over the intercom system. There were several employees working around the building with several speakers around the building, for all to hear. Our chairs were approximately 50' from the building and this berating went on for several minutes. We understand that all employees can make mistakes and need feed back. This is not the way to do it nor did we want to hear it. We approached another guest who stated this type of behavior has happened before and the owner will later apologize to the employee.
I own a business and employ many people. I also own property managed through VRBO in the U.S. I hope an employee or guest would make me aware of a mistake or poor judgement on my part before i embarrassed myself, employees or guests. I think your staff treated us very very well on your behalf. I hope you learn to treat them with more respect on the behalf of these staff members and future guests.
