Welcome to our sunlight-embraced apartment! We offer a comfortable, satisfaction-guaranteed stay right in the Boston Downtown Crossing! Our beautiful historical stone building is in a pedestrian shopping zone across the street from Macy's and many department stores. Roche Bro's grocery, Starbucks, Caffe Nero, George Howell, Gypsy Place, restaurants, Crossing Food Court, and CVS, are all within 3 minutes' walking distance! Between the financial district, Chinatown, the Boston Common, and various revolutionary-era landmarks like Freedom Trail, Old State House, Old South Meeting House, King's Chapel, etc. peppered throughout the city. Downtown Crossing is also the ideal commuting location, as it’s close to South Station and numerous other subway stations. It’ll be easy to get to any location in the Boston area from here without the need for a car or Uber! The tour map picture in my photo gallery will show you how convenient my place is to the most popular highlights in the Boston area.

The building's intercom system allows for a full, self-check-in experience. Two brand-new elevators guarantee easy access to the unit. We offer a big discount for a longer stay and a complimentary house cleaning if the reservation lasts more than ten days.

- Full spacious bathroom: Brandy toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body washer, etc.
- Full kitchen: Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, and Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- High chair and Pack’n Play are available upon request.

Other things to note:
Please no pets. I have a severe allergy to fur, hay, and dust, which can result in severe reactions upon exposure.

Parking is hard to find and expensive for a major city such as Boston. Please check out a website called ‘Spot Hero’ or download the ‘BestParking’ App to find the most updated options and prices! It's usually cheaper if you make reservations online.

Please be aware like most major cities in the world, there is potential city noise.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance in case unforeseen circumstances arise.

The Property has security cameras placed in the public hallways by BM and homeowners. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without a refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

Location is perfect! We walked everywhere from this location or took the T. We had a week long vacation in Maine and ended our trip in Boston- we all slept the best at this VRBO. Condo was clean, beds were great, kitchen had everything you wouldNeed. The living room was cozy. We never felt unsafe at this location. The host Amy was extremely responsive and we so appreciated that. I would recommend and stay here again!

I cannot say enough about the location of this property. We were within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to see and a few steps away from the subway for things further out. The beds in the apartment are fantastic, and Amy is a kind and thoughtful hostess. We will be back!

Great Apartment at Central Location

We really liked staying there. Everything was perfect, great host, good apartment in the midst of the city. Only downside is that the neighbourhood while being fine during day, has a lot of homeless at night, however not bothering you.

Great apartment — close to everything

Host was communicative, and kept me well informed about the property. Host also provided great directions for getting to the apartment. The space itself is clean, comfortable, and met all of our needs. There is a grocery store, drugstores, multiple restaurants and train stops within a two block radius. We relied on public transportation for this trip, and never missed having a car. We would definitely stay here again!

Friends reunion

The property suited all the needs of old college friends. The location serves as an excellent jumping off place for daily activities. Food shopping is close by. Amy was helpful at all times for questions both before and during our stay.

Family Trip to Boston

Great city accompanied by an amazing place to stay with Amy as your host. We just travelled to Boston for a family vacation and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It’s close to tons of amenities, attractions and the Charlie (which made getting around the city a breeze with a stop just two doors down). The place has tons of room, is well kept and has everything you need when you want to relax after a busy day of touring. All and all we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!! If we make it back, we would definitely stay again.

Great location, well placed

We stayed for 3 nights to discover Boston. The accommodation is located in a pedestrian street, very central and close to the metropolitan train. The rooms are great and spacious enough for a group of 6, up to 8. The apartment was clean and ready to use. The owner is really responsive and paying attention to the quality of our stay. We really appreciate the time spent in Boston to discover the downtown and its historic places from there. Now regarding the furnitures and appliances available, as we came from a road trip with comparison with other places, we can rate it honestly only with a 4-star. To reach grade, a better TV that is not freezing in the middle of each show in the living room and better mattress in the 2 main bedrooms would be great. An electric boiler would achieve the mark. Currently the price is a bit dear in regard of these comments to reach the premium level that this place deserves. Be also aware that the 2 main bedrooms are on the street side of the flat, on the 5th floor. No noise from the street but only the loud noise of the fan air conditioning system of the superstore building that is on the other side of the street. Sensitive sleeper must knows this detail. But this is inerrant to big cities.

The location of this apartment is as good as it gets! We didn't rent a car, just walked. Everywhere! Public trans is close by if you chose! Shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores are also nearby. Amy is a wonderful host, responsive and informative. Visited Boston for 3 nights, 2 people. Apartment was clean, spacious, beds were comfortable, w/d if you needed and kitchen was well stocked, however, other than coffee in the am, we didn't eat there, we were out and about! Had a great time and would highly recommend! Thanks Amy!

Excellent experience! Our family of 5 (including 3 young boys) stayed at this lovely apartment for 3 nights in August during a trip to Boston. The location was ideal - around the corner from the Boston Commons, and centrally located within walking distance to just about everything (little Italy, Chinatown, freedom trail sites, USS Constitution, etc.). There is public parking nearby (we parked in the Lafayette garage, easy walk to the apartment).The apartment itself was spotlessly clean; bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms. The kitchen was well-stocked. The beds were clean and comfortable; we all slept well. There were board games and books that our boys enjoyed during our stay. The host was very attentive and responsive, from booking to check-in and throughout our stay.Overall, we had an amazing experience! Would definitely stay here again.

Stay Here!

Amy’s apartment is in the perfect location to walk anywhere in Boston. It is clean, well organized, and the beds are nice and comfortable. Amy let us drop our luggage off early and communicated with us throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this apartment and will stay there again the next time in Boston.

Amy was very quick to respond to my questions. Property was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location is amazing being close to so much. We were impressed that the bedrooms were quiet and that we didn’t hear the street noise at night. Highly recommend this property.

Great place for a family

This was a great place for our family to stay! We have small children and teenagers and it accommodated everyone. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer and kitchen and it was very clean. It was centrally located and we were able to walk to the Boston Common, Aquarium, and North End. It was also close to the train station and it was easy to get anywhere else on the train. It was as you'd expect, with city noise and downtown character once you got outside. Overall, it really worked for us and was very functional.

Location, location, location

Not only was the apartment spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked for a group of friends to get together. The location just can't be beat! Walking distance to many of the best sights in Boston, the subway to get everywhere else, and the train station for getting into and out of town! And it's on a popular pedestrianized street, so literally in the thick of it. Great spot and great host who was available at a moments notice for any questions. Highly recommend!

This is where it all went down – the Boston Massacre, the State House, the Freedom Trail, the Boston Tea Party, and even more important Revolution-era events. From the outside, it looks like it’s all modern skyscrapers, but once you’re in it, you’ll start to notice historic brick buildings like Old State Hall mixed in.
