Clean, comfortable, modern property in a nice quiet neighborhood with good food within walking distance. The condo had everything we needed and the garage was a huge plus. Driving in Boston is not for the faint of heart, but knowing we could come back and not have to look for parking was so nice. Roof deck is a nice touch, too. Would stay here again!

The property was conveniently located and very clean. The instructions to enter the unit were detailed and accurate and the host was quickly responsive to our questions. Beds were comfy and we had plenty of clean towels and pillows. It was nice to have off street parking to leave our car and the neighborhood was safe and mostly quiet, being a low traffic area. We had a blast!

This was a great home base for our family of five visiting from Texas. My three teenagers had room to spread out and we felt comfortable letting them walk to the shops in the neighborhood. There is a great açaí bowl place nearby we frequented multiple times over our visit. The garage parking was a plus. Great place!

The unit was perfect for a family of 6. The location was fantastic in a quiet neighbourhood close to the bay. A great feature was the roof top deck. Peter was a very responsive and helpful host.

We enjoyed our stay at the Heart of Southie.The apartment had everything we needed and was also comfortable and clean.Nice location and great neighborhood. Roof deck was really nice to have and it had great views.

My family had a wonderful stay - the apartment is in a great location, spacious and very clean. It's rare to find a place with parking in Southie and it was great to have. The owner was super accommodating and responsive. My family all agreed they want to stay here again next time they come to visit me.

Wonderful! The location is perfect--walkable to S Boston restaurants and shops, quick walk to the T, and to Carson Beach. The garage was a great bonus. The rooftop deck is delightful. Well designed inside with an extremely comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Peter was very responsive to all questions and helped us have a great trip.

Fantastic location, easy to get to all areas of Boston. The place is just as described and well stocked. Garage was a big bonus. Rooftop area was also really nice in the evening. Corner store is half a block away for any additional needs. Host is great with communication & responsive. Don’t pass this one up!

Host was super quick with replies and great instructions to access condo. It was perfect spot for a weekend with great coffee shop within walking distance, close to water for walk/run on trail and easy access to all the spots in Boston.
