Sea Colony Resort Oceanfront Condo - 3 Br, 8 sovplatser - Sept. 14 vecka tillgänglig

Den 14 september veckan är tillgänglig. Oceanfront 3 sovrum (unblocked havsutsikt) vid Sea Colony, en premier resort med många gratis bekvämligheter .. Städning ingår i priset. Inga skatter. Ingen säkerhetsavgift (endast deposition). Samma utsikt som en dune toppstuga. Hög nog för privatlivet men inte kusligt. Täckt parkering. På andra våningen i Island House, den nyaste byggnaden på stranden. Bara en enkel flygning till strandpromenaden / poolerna / stranden (hissar finns tillgängliga men trappor är närmare). 1/2 mil av privat strand, 34 tennisbanor, inklusive en del mjuka ytor och 6 inomhusbanor (alltid en av världens bästa tennissorter), 12 pooler (2 inomhus), 2 fitnesscenter, vandringsleder, surffiske, och på sommaren många planerade aktiviteter i lägstyp för barn, inklusive spel, tävlingar, bonfires och marshmallow roasts, bingo, junior livräddare etc.

Condo har granit kök bänkskivor, undermount diskbänk, hög båge kran med utdragbar, etc. Ny duschkabin och nya duscharmaturer i båda badarna 2018. Ny diskmaskin i 2018. Har 4 platt-tv (en en 55 "). Bredband och WiFi finns. 16 'kakel på golv utom i LR och grundförordningarna. Nyligen mattan i dessa rum. Sleeping arrangemang: drottning i MBR, 2 tvillingar i 2: a och 3: e BR och drottning sleepsofa i LR. Parkering är begränsad till 2 fordon under sommarsäsongen (även om fler kan hyras om det finns). Reserverad parkeringsplats är täckt vilket är en stor fördel på varma eller regniga dagar.

We had a wonderful stay. Amazing location footsteps from one of the several pools and the private beach. Easy access to the main Bethany beach shops and activities. Wonderful space for our family. We will be back!

Christmas/New Year visit to family

We were very happy with our stay at this condo. The owner was very kind and graciously accommodated a last minute date switch. He was great at communication and answering questions. The condo was clean and so pretty and had a beautiful view of the ocean and a great location. Thank you so much!

Off-Season Escape

211 was as-advertised and a convenient location for our off-season (Late March) trip. We enjoyed the indoor pool and beach combing during our stay.

Great Place

Richard was very accommodating of our needs, and was willing to rent us his lovely place in Sea colony at the last minute. The condo is very comfortable and clean and is in a great location. I definitely recommend this rental.

The condo was perfect for a family getaway, and Dick was great at communicating the entire process clearly. We were there in the off season, so we didn't get to take advantage of most of the amenities, but I imagine it's magnificent in season.

Great location with beautiful view

Condo was absolutely fabulous to stay a few days in. The whole place was clean and had a very well stocked kitchen that allowed cooking meals a breeze without bringing any items from home. I look forward to future stays there.

Lovely condo. Easy stay

Property owner was great to work with. Great communication. Property is clean and close to the beach. Great views of the beach and the pool from the living room sofa. Definitely plan to stay here again.

Loved it

We loved our little stay at this location! We were able to go to both Bethany beach and Rehoboth easily. The place was clean and quiet. The on site heated pools were nice because we stayed a little early in the beach season. Would definitely stay again!

Great Getaway

This was the perfect place for a cozy getaway! Sea Colony is a great location. Property owner was very responsive and provided docs prior to trip that were so detailed that there was no need to contact him during my stay. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it! Thank you!

Clean and so convenient to the beach !!

The property is well represented in the photos. Was clean, and, smelled clean too. So easy to walk down one flight of stairs to the promenade and head right to the beach. Dick is a wonderful host - incredibly fast to reply to any question or request. Our family of four (including two teens) had plenty of room and loved our stay. Thank you !

No complaints, very nice

We enjoyed our stay and the condo had everything we needed. There was a little confusion because when we checked in they told us it was ready but the cleaners were just getting there. They were very accommodating and we worked it out.

Great location, but not a great unit

Sea Colony is a wonderful place to vacation. You can see the ocean and the pool from this condo. However, the unit was not cleaned well, there was an pleasant smell (probably mildew), the unit and balcony were infested with gnats (literally hundreds of them inside and they crawled all over our food and drinks on the balcony) and the bedroom furniture was quite dated. The owner could really take it up a notch by addressing those items and improving the check in process - small, inexpensive changes like a lockbox with keys, a security depot charged through the app, leaving a welcome book with house rules and tips for the area, and providing basic toiletries (toilet paper, hand soap) and linens.

Not an accurate listing

The place was not an easy access to the pool. They have several pools but the outdoor pools are closed. The 2 indoor pools were not easy to access. They were several buildings away and across the hwy. So make sure you take clothes to change into afterwards because walking or driving several buildings away is not fun when wet. The pool is listed as heated but was only 85 degrees. I will say it was nice having a lifeguard. The hot tub was small but nice and hot. The place is listed as handicap accessible but IT IS NOT HADDICAPPED FRIENDLY. I’m in a wheelchair and the bathroom with the walk-in shower wouldn’t fit my chair so I had to hop into the bathroom. I had to have several pieces of furniture moved so I could get through the place to my bedroom. The bathtub had hair in it. Otherwise the place was very clean. The kitchen is small but well equipped. Overall it’s a nice place if you aren’t handicapped but if you are I wouldn’t recommend this place. The owner was very friendly but never checked in on us to see if everything was ok. The check in process was not fun. You have to drive across the street to a beach shop to do so. Also it’s listed as ocean front property but it’s more of a caddy corner view. I was very disappointed in that because I was looking forward to seeing the sun rise but it was just out of view.

Good location

More dated than expected. Recreation center nice but closed during part of our stay. Great location and nice beach. Better bedding and more kitchen equipment such as knives would have made stay even better.
