Great location - easy walk to restaurants, metro, shops and Eastern market, also walking distance or 2 metro stops to Capitol building, Supreme Court and the National Mall. 12 min drive to Reagan Airport. The apartment is a bright, lower unit with a full kitchen, full bath, washer, and dryer. The bedroom has queen-sized bed, dresser and full closet. The living area has also sofa bed. New Serta mattress and new sofa bed. Free wifi and some streaming services included. Lockbox entry for convenience. Hosts speak English and Portuguese, as well as some Spanish and French.

Nice Spot for seeing DC

This apartment is close to everything, yet not so close you feel like you can't escape the DC Tourist bubble. The parking space was ideal as we were able to park our car and use public transportation for much of our vacation. At the end of each day, coming back to this quiet space with all the amenities was perfect for us. Christina is a responsive host and her two fur babies are adorable. Highly recommended when visiting DC.

Just lovely!

This was perfect for our stay. I particularly loved it was a row house for the historical charm. Everything is new, stylish and comfortable. It also has a cute little patio out front to enjoy your morning coffee. We were without a car, but there is a Safeway and Trader Joe’s within easy walking distance, as well as the metro. Due to the step down and entrance, it would not be good for those with mobility problems. But I would certainly stay there again if in area.

Perfect location for your DC stay

We stayed 5 nights and spent most of the daytime exploring the city. The location is close to a metro station, many restaurants, CVS, and a Trader Joe’s. We cooked our own breakfasts and two dinners. The kitchen is well appointed. This is a basement unit so there is some noise carry over from upstairs, but it wasn’t bad. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Awesome House in a Great Location

My wife and I stayed at this house while visiting our daughter who lives in DC. Super clean house in a great location. Close to many restaurants and a very short walk to a Metro station. Really nice outdoor area where my wife and I would have our morning coffee. Christina, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. This will be our go to spot when visiting our daughter in the future.

I am a semi-retired former EMT and I have been living in DC for about two years. I have really enjoyed exploring DC since I moved here, and it is great to welcome you to our city. I also love to cook and go to restaurants and I find that the foodie experience in DC is amazing. I really hope you enjoy your stay.

I love living on Capitol Hill. There is so much to do and see in DC from historic sites to music or sports events. You can easily access all the major attractions like the National Mall, Capitol Building or Supreme Court. We also have the Eastern market and many restaurants nearby. Stroll through our historic Capitol Hill neighbourhood and discover many little parks and quiet leafy streets, redbrick sidewalks and beautiful, classic DC row houses.
