GULF FRONT HOME. Två pooler.

Strandstol och paraplytjänst under sommaren.

Tropical Dunes är en lyxig 5 sovrum, 4. 5 bad professionellt dekorerad Gulf Front Beach House. Det ligger i Fort Morgan, i den vackra "Dunes" gated community med tillgång till 2 pooler, träningsrum. Det varma vattnet i Mexikanska golfen ligger bara 50 meter bort. Denna fredliga gemenskap gränsar till ett naturreservat.

Alla bekvämligheter ligger bekvämt nära huset. Poolerna ligger 50 meter bort. Alla kommer att njuta av den enkla strandpromenaden till stranden. Föräldrar kommer att uppskatta stranden vagnen vi tillhandahåller för att hjälpa till med att enkelt och bekvämt transportera strandutrustning längs strandpromenaden.

Familjer kommer att ha en underbar tid vid Tropical Dunes. Vi erbjuder flera bekvämligheter speciellt för små barn, inklusive: barnvänliga tallrikar och koppar, 2 pack-n-play, barnstol, booster seat, säkerhetsgrindar, sängskenor, strandleksaker, brädspel. För de äldre barnen hittar du också ett spelsystem.

Under vårt gemensamma område kan du njuta av enastående utsikt över Mexikanska golfen. För ytterligare visning njutning vi erbjuder en 50 "LCD-TV i vardagsrummet och gott om sittutrymme. I matsalen finns plats för 15 personer. Köket är fullt accessorized för stora grupper som ger varje detalj att göra matlagning ett nöje.

En av de trevligaste tiderna för att njuta av utsikten är solnedgången när våra två stora täckta gulfäcken ger familj och vänner den perfekta platsen för en avkopplande drink medan du njuter av utsikten, de varma vindarna, de växlande färgerna på himmel och ofta möjligheter att se delfiner leker i vattnet.

Efter en fullständig dag på stranden kommer komforten i våra sovrum att vara den perfekta inställningen för privatliv och avkoppling. Vi har två OCEANFRONT sviter med mörkläggningsgardiner för en lugn sömn. Vi har en svit på huvudnivån och de andra fyra på övervåningen. Du hittar TV i alla sovrum. Alla våra sängspredningar är skräddarsydda. Våra sovande arrangemang är flexibla: 4 king size-sängar, 1 våningssäng (singel över singel), 1 anpassad våningssäng (dubbel över drottning) och 1 drottning sovande.

Family vacation

House and beach were both wonderful. Indoor/outdoor pool was good. Location was farther from town than we realized. Nearby construction made for a bit of an eyesore but obv outside the control of home owner. We had an issue with upstairs AC at check-in but Carla responded right away and had repairman over same day.

Family Vacation 2023🏖️

Family time

Had a wonderful time relaxing at the beach. Home had all the kitchen supplies you could need. This is a great place to stay there were foot wash areas to clean up after being on the beach and the house was close enough to board walk that you could make as many trips back and forth from beach with little effort. We will definitely visit again.

Spring Break 2023

My husband and I, along with our adult children, their spouses and our grandchildren enjoyed our stay in Fort Morgan. This house was perfect for our needs. We loved the short walk to the beach and being able to use both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs according to the weather conditions.

Beautiful View

We had a great time. The house is right on the beach with fantastic views. We really enjoyed hanging out on the back deck. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint was the cleanliness could be improved upon and we had no cleaning supplies.

House was beautiful. Great location and not crowded. Beach was gorgeous. Easy walk to the beach from the house. The only thing that disappointed us was the community pool was green and closed the whole week. This was not any fault of the homeowners.

It was great to be right on the beach. Having access to a pool was nice also, but the beach was the most enjoyable. The home was perfect for us. The only thing we noticed that couldbe improved upon was that there weren't enough towels in the bathrooms for everyone. Not for the beach, but for the bathroom. We would likely do this one again some day.

Beautiful Beachfront Home

The house was beautiful, it could definitely use a deep cleaning. Alot of sand on the floors and a dust covering on everything. We were a little shocked with the smoke detectors hanging off the walls and a horrible black mold issue in the upstairs closet. Several of us had horrible itchy eyes, runny noses and sneezing. By day 2- 3 of us were living on benadryl and eye drops. I did speak to the homeowner and she was willing to send her AC guy to the house at some point that week but we were afraid to stir it up more than it already was in the home. After spending that kind of money we were all a little aggravated that we had no other option last minute but to stay.

Relaxing Beachfront Home

This property is lovely. The view from the balconies to the ocean is stellar. We enjoyed lots of mornings and nights on the porches listening to the ocean waves. We also loved the large dining table for meals with our friends and family. The shower and tub in the main suite were nice (excellent water pressure). The storage room had plenty of beach chairs, pool noodles, and beach toys. We could have probably left all of our beach toys at home and still had more than enough. 🙂 The charcoal grill was also a nice amenity. Pool access was a nice touch for those with children. The indoor/outdoor pool and pool area was well kept. The hot tub was lackluster and not as clean. The jets were weak. It was, however, nice and warm. Regarding improvements that could be made: The mattresses are uncomfortable. Lots of stiff backs and sore hips. Mattress toppers could help. The living room furniture is terribly uncomfortable. We enjoy getting cozy for movie-watching & book-reading, after a long day at the beach - Difficult to do on these painfully stiff pieces. Side note: There are many stairs which could be difficult for guests with mobility issues. Disabled or differently abled people should be aware of this prior to booking. Overall, we were happy with our stay. The host was attentive and responsive. Fort Morgan is an excellent location with beautiful beaches Many wonderful memories were made.

A great vacation!

Our stay at Tropical Dunes was so enjoyable. We had a total of 7 adults and 2 children. I felt the pictures were a bit deceiving d/t the walk to the beach. Because of the dunes between the house and the ocean we had to walk down to a boardwalk that went over the dunes. This was ok but just not what we expected. We thought we were going to be right on the beach and 'yelling' distance to those next to the ocean. Everything in the house was great. Everything described that would be there pretty much was. However, there was no gas grill. We used the charcoal and that was fine with us. The tv in one of the main masters went out on Tuesday night. I emailed on Wednesday morning and it was replaced Friday afternoon. There was also food left in the pantry from previous renters. Through the very minor inconveniences this was a very nice vacation and we would probably stay there again. Tropical dunes provided the privacy we wanted. The added touch of waking up with dolphins playing in the ocean that we watched from the balcony was a nice touch. We will recommend this place to others wanting a relaxing vacation in a touristy area without the tourists!

Great property In a good area

This property was very well kept in a very nice area. The house is fantastic & The owner is very responsive. We have stayed on the Gulf Shores beach the last few years & decided to try out Fort Morgan. We had a lot of little kids and determined that the beach wasn’t as nice as the places we have stayed on Gulf Shores. It’s also about 30 minutes from the main highway But there’s plenty of small stores along the way. Nothing but great things to say about the host and their place, I think we just prefer the gulf Shores beach for little kids.

Great Week!

The house was the perfect layout for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. There were plenty of beach chairs and toys for the kids. The beach was a little walk since you can’t walk over the dune in front of the house but the boardwalk was a definite plus. Great beach and great week.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. Our trip included 4 kids (10,9,9 and 3) and 8 adults. We felt like the house was good size for our group. The fridge is standard size but we felt like it was a bit small for 12 people staying for a week. There is a dollar general 10 minutes away that has just about everything we needed. We enjoy how secluded the house and beach was in comparison to Gulf Shores.
